I truly enjoyed working with Tyler and his team! Scheduling was easy and the install team did an amazing job. They cleaned up very well and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend this company!!

One star for the installer that actually did a great job and was very polite. The rest of it was a disaster: all talk/sales, no delivery. It took over 6 months to receive the wrong product. Interior trim color and grid color did not match the rest of the house windows, and now we are stuck. Pretty sure how that’s going to go over when we try to sale our million dollar home with mismatched windows! Owner actually got into a shouting match with me on the phone and accused me of not supporting small business…I am a small business owner, who acts with integrity and believes in customer satisfaction. If things go sideways in my business, we see it as an opportunity create a wow moment in satisfaction that not only creates a lifelong relationship but also ensures referrals. Not so much with this outfit. Unless you have expert knowledge in replacement windows, please choose a professional company with higher standards.

Adrian Salazar was an excellent representation of Window Source and walked me through the process step by step with utmost professionalism. When the outstanding team led by Dell and Jefferson showed up ON TIME, they were respectful, efficient, paid close attention to all the details and when they were done, they cleaned up after themselves. Twenty-two windows and 6 hours later, my 30 year old home had the perfect energy-efficient face lift! I am a very happy customer!

The arched two story foyer window above the front door was a gridded single pane three unit, falling apart from rotting framework. Many window replacement companies refused to quote on this unit due to the pointed profile at the top center. Enter The Window Source of Athens. They sent a representative who is also a key member of their installation Team to quote and measure my project. The quotation was very reasonable and included installation. Ashley, the Customer Service Manager kept me informed of the fabrication and installation schedule. The day of the installation, John and Mike arrived promptly at 9:30am, first removing the existing windows. They discovered that the framework supporting the unit required trimming to accommodate the new unit. This was where these guys really impressed me, as each side required a smooth and accurate curved cut along the profile through layered 2x4's to allow the three new units to be installed. They also discovered that there was hidden rot in the window sill. In addition, they informed me that the existing casing had pulled away from the stucco and was allowing water to seep behind the old window. They made a quick trip to Home Depot for the required materials, rebuilt the sill and continued to work non-stop, completing the job after dark. They showed me that the new unit frame casement was not wood, but vinyl and impervious to weather. Their measurements were so precise that they had to align the center unit just right to fit the opening. They fitted the new curved casing perfectly, caulked and sealed all seams against the home and left the site spotless and clean of any debris. I am so impressed by these two skilled professional artisans! My new window unit has added beauty, value and comfort to my home and spared me of a huge repair expense that I did not even know was starting to occur.
