EcoView Windows, Doors and Siding

From the sales person to the installation the experience was great. The sales person was very upfront and respectful not a pushing at all to get the sale. The installation was done very well and the quality, per someone I know that was in the business, is very good. It was completed a few months ago and I'm very happy. The people at the office was also great. I got prompt communication when I needed to talk to them. Keep up the good work.

We love our new Impact Resistant EcoView Simonton Stormbreaker Plus windows. They are beautiful. Window quality is superior. Due to unusual and extenuating circumstances (supply chain, ordering hiccups) it took from placing the order in December 2022 to August 2023 to complete the 11 window project. Initial installation issues notwithstanding, final installation work performed by Mike was exceptional, and exceeded expectations.

I should have written this review when we have the windows put in which has been at least three years and probably 4 in reality . Joe was professional, gave good suggestions, valued opinions, and a realistic timeline. We were kept informed of progress. The installers under Roger were pleasant, prompt, and did a good job. They tried really hard not to track dirt and cleaned up after themselves. The windows are amazing, sound reduced and house is cool while electricity bill has dropped at least 20%. I so appreciate not worrying about putting shutters up on 2nd and 3rd floors pre hurricane, which was a nightmare during Ian. We had a small leak 2 weeks after installation, which was resolved within 24 hours and have NOT had any problems at all since then.

From the first appointment with the sales consultant to the measurement appointment to the install, this has been such a smooth process. I LOVE my 7 new windows and I love that I was able to reduce 11 windows to 7 by replacing 8 double windows with 4 large single windows. This saved me money on top of an already very reasonable quote and the look is beautiful. The installers worked carefully, efficiently and cleaned up nicely. I couldn’t be happier with this whole process.

I found EcoView after getting multiple quotes for replacing the old windows in our house. Their salesperson Shannon was the most straightforward and helpful salesperson we interacted with compared with the other companies! Their quote and transparency (on window brands and details) was by far the best. So much better, that we added doors to our order (after he let me know the insurance benefit would require both to be updated - which no other salesperson had told us!). He also gave us options to decrease the overall price by going with slider windows on the back of the house (vs. double hung). It did take awhile for the windows to come in (due to post-Covid supply chain issues), but once they arrived they installed them super quick and efficiently! I highly recommend EcoView! Their customer support, installers, and salespeople are great to work with. And the windows and doors are AMAZING. The house is now soundproofed (though I do miss hearing the frogs and birds outside, so now I have to open my windows for that) and I can already tell the temperature difference. I love being able to open my double hung windows from the top so kids can't fall through the screens and now we can even open our windows during the rain since the top is covered by the eaves. I would not have guess that new windows and doors could make me so happy. :)

These guy’s did a great job!! Our windows came in exact time frame they stated. Installation crew did a amazing job in very timely manner.
