The two guys who came to our house were okay at best. Had to call Tompkins to make sure they took the windows back out and replaced all of our rotten wood. They did a very quick and sloppy job especially with the silicone 🤷🤦👍🏻😅

I didn't like this place after I had placed the order and paid half of the windows. Wish I had canceled. When the windows got here the 2 men putting them in didn't hardly speak to me. Even that goes to when he came to measure for them. They came in took the mini blinds down and just threw them in the floor. They were in such a hurry. Then they came I didn't even know they were coming. So for me I don't think I will ever use them again.

Don't use this company if you want follow up. They installed a beautiful sunroom of which I am well pleased. I have been trying to get the air conditioner installed in the sunroom. I have called numerous times, I have been told we'll fit you in and I was told the installer would be here today. Guess what- no installation yet. I call and been told "you're on the list for installation". This has been for more than a month now. Surely this family owned 40 plus years in business can do better than this. I am waiting......

Not a very good company to get windows from when they finally made it here to install the windows it took two days , which that parts was fine we did get 6 windows, but on the second day the installer was late could not make any plans because we had to wait on him A week later the caulking was messing up tried to call several times (3) and even went to the store and spoke with someone they guaranteed to send someone out to fix it but never sent anyone and we never heard back from them 😡

For the install great work. I hope you never need ny repair work. Have had multiple skipped and missed appointments with no call backs. This is not an insurance job. It is a cash repair. Multiple months of no responce, i have even asked for paet to be ordered and i will install.

If the integrity of this business was as good as their work it would be a good company. If they schedule a time with you, you'd better make sure that you're off all day because the crew will likely arrive 4 hours after the scheduled time with no notice or way to contact them. The windows look great, let's just pray we never have to use the warranty because it's likely nothing will ever get done. Helpful hint, if there is a dispute and you come to a resolution, make sure you get everything in writing because this company and the owner's word is about as useless as a crew showing up to install windows with no ladder or caulk (which actually happened).

Can not get them to fix or replace the $11,000 windows in my house. I see why their quote was the lowest, so is their reliability. The lifetime guarantee is as worthless as their word. Would not recommend to put windows in my dog house.

The owner Ben tompkins came out for an estimate for a siding/panel estimate repair and acted like a complete idiot. I am closing on a house in 25 days and I am getting estimates on a few repairs and fixes this guy tells me he can't work on anything I don't own REALLY? I know it's a sold as is house THANKS I wasn't going to pay you unless I owned it. I told him to leave my house your "expertise" aren't needed here. WOW would NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE
