Unprofessional. Called and talked to a front desk lady, she put me on hold, 5 minutes, talked to me again, while I am in the middle of telling what I need, she told me someone is calling and put me on hold again for 5 minutes, surely I hung up....no, that's not how you do it, it's not how you earn the business. I waited for my turn to talk the first time, but you shouldn't put me on hold the second time to talk to someone that long, you should let them wait or leave you a voice mail. It's a basic first come first serve rule. That right there keep your customers away at first.

I called them to have 4 windows fix. They came out and when they finished they left a mess, broken glass. The job looked like a 5 year old had done it. I called and complain about it. They sent someone else and he didn’t do anything. I called for the third and asked for part of a refund and the owner said that they already had been there 2 times, like it was my fault. They also refused to give me an itemized receipt. Also one of the windows was missing the silicone. That place is going down hill quick. Had neighbors complained about the same thing. Will not use them ever.

The assistance at Arkansas Glass & Mirror was great. I needed a particular size of mirror for a craft project I was doing and hopefully they had a scrap piece I could get the small size I needed without buying a large piece. I first spoke with Josie over the phone, but when I went in, I spoke with David. I explained what I needed with hope he had a scrap piece of mirror they were going to throw away. He said...." Come on back and we'll see what we can do". He found a scrap, cut it, then gave me a lesson on cutting glass, the type of cutter to use, how much pressure to apply ect. He really didn't have to do this and I'm sure he had other things to do; but I can safely say, I will be going back to purchase my mirror products for my crafting simply because of the way I was treated. I had a very large window in the front of my home that was broken possibly by a rock. I called AGM and almost immediately had a return call scheduling someone to be here for inspection. And I received a quote the next morning for replacement. Thank you Calvin for being prompt, courteous and professional.

We needed two pieces of glass. One small shelf for a curio cabinet (pictured below) and one for a china cabinet door. The results are perfect! Very helpful. Very friendly. Reasonably priced. Thank you AGM!
