Renewal by Andersen Window Replacement

we have had nothing but problems with $12,000 French doors that were put in not even one year ago and have no help with fixing the problems, just keep getting pushed off and told "we'll have someone call you back" in which when we are called back we are told, "we will have someone call you back that can help with that." Your product is a joke and your customer service is even funnier!!!!!!

Just say NO and dont let them run the show. Prices are more than 3x the competitors even with big discounts. They force you to go through a 3rd party for payment and pull your credit. Or The guy that was at the farmers market made a fake phone call to his boss in front of me to make it look like he's doing me a favor. Quality product-if you have deeeeep pockets, its your forever home and don't care to shop around and like being shmoozed up and down. Sales person was very nice and thorough though. - the sales model is outdated and needs to change. $30k for 8 picture windows? Yeesh.

Lenardo and his crew were super professional. They are fast and efficient. They also cleaned up any mess made and laid down walking paths so the didn't ruin the floors without me even having to ask. I would recommend them 100% to anyone replacing windows. Tgey are replacing the whole top floor and this is one window. Thank you

Very customer friendly. Sales was very knowledgeable and patient, not pushy. Through the manufacturing process we were informed of the progress of our order. Installation was amazing the guys were professional and efficient. Gave us feed back as they progressed and cleaning up as they left . Overall a great experience!

We’ve had a defective door since our house was built.l (original door was bought elsewhere). We contacted Renewal by Anderson and had a meeting within two days to get a replacement. The sales rep was very friendly and professional. The Installation Manager came for measurements within two weeks (would have been sooner if we hadn’t been out of town). Every step so far has been easy and the people they’ve sent to our house are quite professional and knowledgeable. Now we wait for our door to be manufactured so we can schedule installation. I’m confident the installation will go smoothly as well.

The window crew that installed our windows were excellent. The crew consisted of Joseph, Josh, Desmond and Mario. They were friendly, professional and very thorough. They took great care with the installation and went over all the instructions and contact information. I believe they were the best workers we have ever had do work for us. Excellent. Thank you!!!
