I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the exceptional service provided by Ernesto Rivero and his team from Florida Window and Door. From start to finish, they handled the installation of windows and doors in my home with professionalism, and expertise. Ernesto himself was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to understand our preferences, offering valuable insights and recommendations along the way. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring every aspect of the installation was perfect was evident from the start. The entire team demonstrated a level of skill and craftsmanship that exceeded my expectations. They worked efficiently and diligently, yet never compromised on quality. The result is flawless installations that have transformed both the look and functionality of my home. Not only was the work completed to the highest standards, but the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Communication was clear and timely, appointments were kept punctually, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and professionally.

USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN PERIL The company's organization seems to be falling apart from the inside out. We reported a broken door, which the first person we spoke with, Natalia, said would be covered under our warranty. The adjuster was sent out to take measurements, told us that it would be just the glass being replaced, as the frame was not damaged. 2 months later and over 5 more employees, as management apparently does not take emails or phone calls, we were finally told today...that the warranty does not apply, that the glass only scenario was out of the question and they want us to buy an entire new door and frame. Not for the $2200 we paid for the door, but they now want $4700. That is not happening. 2 months, many, many phone calls and emails, no management wanted to assist, just staff...and no one can explain for their short comings. Though as I understand it 2 of the 6 no longer work there. PLEASE, do not use this company. You will be sorry!!!

Our new windows are gorgeous. The install crew was prompt, professional and courteous. We’ve got nothing but compliments since we chose a dark color for the window and door trim instead of white which coordinates beautifully with our new roof. Upon completion, their installation work was impeccable and we had no issues passing our HOA and Wind Mitigation inspections. Their customer service and support staff are exceptional right up through the ranks. We are extremely pleased snd proudly recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Our ordeal with Florida Window and Door has been an absolute disaster from start to finish. Their sales tactics are deceitful, promising a completion date in October when they knew they couldn't deliver. Instead, they strung us along month after month with empty assurances of "next month" every time. When the installation finally occurred in March, it was a complete debacle. Originally, the sales lady promised that the installers would cover everything in our house and move the furniture from the windows. But our home was left in ruins, with dust and dirt coating everything (not just a light coat), our new floors marred with scratches, our windowsill cracked, and hazardous debris, shards of glass and chunks of drywall, littering the floor. Their utter disregard for our property was appalling. As if their incompetence wasn't enough, their customer service was shockingly rude and unhelpful. They showed no remorse for their failures and instead brushed off our concerns with contempt. The only comment they had to say was “that’s just how it is” over and over again. You would think you would get better customer service after spending tens of thousands of dollars. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Florida Window and Door like the plague. The windows got installed, but at what cost? Their deceptive practices, incompetence, and appalling customer service make them utterly unfit for any homeowner's trust.

Those installers knew what they were doing! Great product! I got a hurricane side door and a couple of hurricane front and rear windows. The door also is sound proof! Added value that I didn’t realize until the expert saleswoman explained the different options and anticipated and answered all my questions in a professional way without forcing me to buy the product.very satisfied with fit and finish also. Highly recommended!

All 27 of our Windows and Doors look beautiful! The installers did a great job. They were professional, covered up our furniture, and cleaned up every day. During the week, the office communicated with me to make sure everything was coming along. I got a follow up call after the job was complete. Very good communication with your company. Thank you Florida Window and Door for a job well done!

We had ~75% of our home's windows and sliders replaced by FW&D last fall. Salesman and price were good and the materials used were of good quality. Note that their products are manufactured in Colombia, South America, so it takes time to get parts. The crew that installed our windows and doors spoke almost no English but worked hard over two days. Unfortunately about a month later I discovered that one of the sliders had been installed poorly such that cement filler was falling out behind the doors into the track (see photos). I called the company and they eventually scheduled a service call to fix this, but that call was postponed three times. Finally they came yesterday--three months after I reported the problem--and the workmen immediately realized they had been sent the wrong parts for the job. So we are back to square one with a new scheduler and work crew. I wish I could recommend this company, but cannot. We regret that we chose the no-interest one-year financing plan, because FW&D has collected their money already from the financing company, who we are paying in monthly installments. So we have no leverage there. If you use FW&D I recommend you withhold any payments until you are 100% sure the job was done right. There is a major communication and cultural problem within this company that makes much of what they do dysfunctional. It's apparent that employees aren't permitted to communicate within the company properly, and staff turnover is high. My guess is this company outgrew itself and did not evolve its culture and management style correctly with its growth. A real shame as the windows and sliders are very good, and the price we got was reasonable.

The WORST! After waiting 6 months for our windows, A very nasty manager named Garson threatened us with legal action and a lean on our house. This was because I refused to pay for widows in full, before they even started installing them. I finally was able to have someone in their corporate office take my call and give me assurances the job would be done to my satisfaction. Well, I’m here to show y’all the sloppy installation issues, that they refuse to fix. The kitchen window is installed crooked. There are windows that have over 1” wide caulked gaps. They broke out the window sill tiles and caulked them in loose. Two white windows were caulked in with almond colored caulk. We sent them the pictures of these issues and they sent the installers back to fix them. The installers showed up without their tools and told me to just paint over the caulking and the caulking smeared on the new window frames. I told them since they refuse to fix it, I will get somebody else to do it.
