Casey the salesman was not pushy. He was with the project from the beginning to the end. He is competent and has a good knowledge of the products. Installation was quick and clean. Michael and David worked nonstop. Administrative staff was on top of things. Hats off to the McGuirks for continuing Steve’s legacy of treating everyone like family.

Red and Tim from Royal Palm came today and installed my new screens. I moved into a new apt and the people before me had bought hurricane impact windows from Royal Palm Aluminum. I called Red and he was able to look up the account and order what I needed. He gave me the best deal he could, not charging me for the install since the screens should’ve been there. This was almost 5 years ago! What awesome customer service. I would highly recommend this company!

The work, service and professionalism of Royal Palm Aluminum was exceptional. I needed additional help over the phone subsequent to work being completed and Ronda in their office went beyond the call of duty in assisting my needs.

Right from the beginning Dan and his team were excellent. Very knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of my questions. Complete communication throughout the process. The installation team were outstanding. The price was quite reasonable.

We just (July 2023) had all of our windows and two sliding glass doors (19 in all) replaced with PGT impact windows by Abdiel and the Royal Palm Aluminum team. We love the added security and sound-proofing the windows provide. Abdiel provided required measurements, diagrams, and specs for us to obtain HOA approval in a speedy manner. The crew erected temporary plastic walls around the window openings to cut down on the dust. The work was completed in four days and passed inspection on the first round! We’re grateful to Abdiel for his product knowledge, installation expertise, and follow-up.

I ordered the correct windows with grates. The windows did not arrive with grates. Royal Palm never inspected the windows, we only realized it during installation. I have been waiting for 3 months to get them corrected. I have had to call Marvin and escalate directly. I have had to take all of the action to get the issue corrected. Royal Palm has taken no responsibly or action at all.

A very positive experience overall. Very competitive pricing, even for a smaller job like mine. Very professional in their process. And, the last and final payment was not requested until after final inspection and permit complete (job done ! :-)... Very much appreciated ! and, we love the new impact windows! The rooms are now quieter, cooler and more private. (And, no more worry about or struggling with those old hurricane shutters) Thank you Royal Palm Aluminum !
