Window World of Hartford

I have a large (poorly built) sun room with over 10 windows and a slider. I didn’t realize how poorly built this room was when I bought my home two years ago. The old windows were cooked, misaligned, and some even were bolted shut to get them to stay closed. I knew replacing the windows was in my future, but I had so many bad experiences with other companies / sales people for my other home renovations that I was hesitant on trying to find a genuine, reputable window company. My aunt and uncle recently had all their windows replaced. After many quotes they felt most comfortable with Window World and their great experience with AJ. I called AJ and he came out the same day. He is by far the best rep I have ever been in contact with from any company. As a first time home owner, I really don’t know what the best options for what I’m trying to achieve are, which is why every other company has tried to upsell me things or mislead me. AJ did the exact opposite. He not only explained all my options and the reasoning behind them for the windows, but also help coached me on how to handle business deals for future home renovations so I can be more prepared and less naive. I was concerned with the installation due to the structure of this addition, however AJ was very reassuring and confident that this “problem” really wouldn’t be a problem. The windows came in a few weeks earlier than expected, and then they were able to come install them the following week. AJ and his trainee Tom stopped in to check in show me how the installation process was going. AJ and Tom are very personable and helped facilitate everything to go smoothly. If Tom gets to learn under the best, I have no doubt he will be just as great as AJ. Originally it was supposed to be a two day job, but the team was so efficient they stayed late and were able to finish it in one day. I’m very impressed with how they managed to make the windows fit and look great with the crookedness of my room. It was no challenge for this team. Would highly recommend AJ and Window World!! We purchased our windows in 2013, & have been very satisfied with their performance. At the time, Andersen actually came around our neighborhood, & provided a free quote. After the salesman gave me the price, we told him that we just needed our windows to go up & down, not sing & dance. After looking at other windows, comparable to WW, we decided on WW. WW's sales rep was honest, up front & professional. We, also, felt WW provided a great value for the $$. The installation crew were all nice guys, & they did a super job. Recently, we had one of our Sashes develop condensation between the 2 panes of glass. When we contacted Allison @ WW, she was really nice & helpful. She ordered a replacement sash @ no charge, & made it happen. Within a short time, Robert WW's Field Rep, came out. He removed the defective sash, & replaced it with a new one. Another top notch WW employee! Our opinion of WW, is still the same, as the day we purchased the Windows. Great company that offers superior service, & stands behind what they sell!! Highly recommend you consider WW windows for your Home!!!

From my first phone call to the installation of my new windows, everything was perfect! Emily was so patient with me, as I changed my mind many times. She was very prompt with returning calls and emails, sometimes I would email after normal business hours and I would still get a return email right away. She is very honest, I felt extremely comfortable and confident in her knowledge of my needs. Allison was very friendly, professional and so accommodating when scheduling my install. Alex and Franklin were an amazing install team, they were fast, efficient, very neat, and respectful of my home. I can not say enough about my experience with Window World from start to finish. Greg was absolutely amazing and professional. He made me feel comfortable from the time he walked in my home. He explained the process thoroughly, answered any questions i had. After the initial visit based off of my interactions with Greg I decided to go with Window World and look no further. Not to mention their very affordable, financing options available. I'm excited to see the final outcome.

There are many window replacement companies I could have gone with but Window World has the Good Housekeeping seal and that's why I chose to go with them. Everyone I dealt with, starting with AJ, was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I recently needed some info/assistance regarding my recently installed windows and AJ was extremely prompt with his reply to my e-mail and within a day I had the answer I needed. I have no complaints---only compliments and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Window World with no hesitation whatsoever. I understand why they have earned the Good Housekeeping seal.

We had Trevor come out for the initial estimate and quote, he gave us a $# for a full house window replacement we were happy with, so we went for it. Good salesman and was genuine, no degree of discomfort with the pitch and sales part of the process. Wanted the simple, clean vinyl, and the product is great. Ended up being a little bit more work then they thought, so on day 3 we had 3 guys all working to get everything finished, leaving only the trim for the tech, who was a real nice guy. They left a small crack in one window’s inside casing from removing the old window and put some wood filler in there to conceal it, and didn’t say anything to me. I found it when I painted all the window trim afterwards, and I just wish they told me. All in all they did a really good job, and were very clean in my two son’s rooms, especially to avoid and clear out any possible lead paint from the removal of the old windows from 1952. All the windows work great, the house looks much better, we are very pleased with them. Would recommend.

We had an amazing experience with window world, from the start of meeting to go over different window and door options to the installation of everything. The price was reasonable and so many different options to work with, we could not be any happier with our new window and doors!

Yes! These guys are very professional, very clean. The gentleman are meticulous. They cover your furniture, the floor they clean up after themselves. We are very happy. I highly recommend them. They did a fantastic job putting the windows in and our front door. We will have them come back and finish the rest of the house.
