Called for a quote and Mark (owner) came out within days. He measured and ordered windows. Install was months later (but a month ahead of expected). Install experience was fantastic. Highly recommended.

The office staff is amazing. Stephanie even came out to the house to check the progress. Rich did an AMAZING job on installing new windows and a door in our sunroom.
The customer service is awful. The response time for returning your phone call is ridiculous. I have been waiting since March for windows. (It’s October) Stephanie is very rude! I stopped by the office after NOT getting a call back on several occasions, to no avail. I’m not sure I want to deal with this company. I can only imagine if they install my windows and I have a problem, what it would be like!
I am building a new house in Aiken and contacted Window World in Martinez for a quote. I have called twice to get a quote for windows, siding and doors but can't seem to get assistance. I was told someone would contact me and after a week, I called back. 2nd time I was left on hold for over 6 minutes. Sad because we bought windows from Window World in AZ and loved them. What has happened to your customer service???

I do apologize if you were left on hold. We do however refer people to email us when they call for new construction windows as we do not come out to do estimate on new construction. We are primarily replacement windows, but do sell new construction windows as cash and carry. If you are wanting cash and carry windows we would advise you to email us with all the specs that you are needing and we quote that way for new construction only.
They did a wonderful job putting in our windows & our sliding glass door. We got quotes from three different companies all selling the exact same window. Window World was defiantly the cheapest. The only thing we did not like was the woman who made the installation date. She was had a very rude attitude. But everyone else we worked with and talked to was very nice.
For the record I have not used this company. In the near future I’m going to need to replace all the windows in one of my houses & I’m doing my research. As a precaution I always start with the negative responses first when ready online feedback. I’m always interested to read how companies handle customers that provide negative feedback. Are they considerate, are they fair, & are they respectful? Businesses cannot please everyone, but their customer responses in a public forum can be all of those things. I also feel that businesses should do things to earn customer’s business upon their initial meeting and during the project phase. I expect your representatives to dress & look appropriately during our initial meeting, I expect to be given a well explained estimate, I expect for the project manger to call me weekly even when there is no work being done because of delays. AND I expect respectful communication. Reading the responses you’ve posted to your customers has made my decision very easy.
Much better quote than Home Depot or Lowe’s! Stephanie was great about keeping me informed about the whole process. She even got me in earlier than expected. The installation guys worked efficiently, and I was so thrilled with the results. What a difference new windows make! My house looks like it got a total makeover. Would definitely recommend them to others.
It's been raining in my living room during heavy rains since I bought the house in late 2016, and my husband applying flex seal on the roof near this area has always stopped it, so we assumed it was a roof issue. Had windows replaced 3/2017, one of which was a 2nd story dormer window. Inproper installation, per the roofer that had to caulk the inside of the window frame (clear caulk at bottom of both sides of window, not the outside of the window) yesterday to stop the rain from coming in through my ceiling. Per the very rude 2 women in the office who just spoke at me, it will be $75 to have someone come and look at it, caulk (inside the window frame?) is the owner's responsibility, that somehow I should have known that when water was coming through the ceiling it was a window, not the roof, and reported that to them from day 1, that it can't possibly be a window because there's no water damage on the wall below it, and that a roofer can't know whether or not a window is properly installed. The windows themselves are good, but after being transferred 2x with no warning, and being berated by a 3rd employee for calling to ask if they were in any way going to help me with the cost of the ceiling repair, I can't recommend this company.

Ms. Hanson we pulled your file and checked. You had a one year warranty on installation done in 2/2018 of the window and have never reported any issues until yesterday. The office offered to send the installer out this Saturday with a service fee of 75.00 to check the window and try and resolve any issues you might be having. Typically dormer windows leak due to something other than the window. The pictures you posted do not show any type of damage and you state the water has been an issue since you bought it and you will also need to get the siding checked along with the soffit and fascia as those can cause issues as well. If you’d like to have the installer come back out with said service fee please contact the office to schedule it.
