They came to give us a quote on new windows, and said they get back with us in a few days. They never did, and everytime we called they had some excuse and said the would call us right back . We kept calling for a month and nothing! Our old windows looked like they came from them and they suppose to be lifetime warranty. when I mention it their computer suddenly broke down and they lost all info. Needless to say they never called back!
