Our sales rep Ralph was fantastic, came out to house, showed us several options and made it very easy. Worst experience ever, and we would give them 0 stars if possible. We signed a contract with Pella Windows & Doors to replace all of our windows & a sliding glass door on 10/18/2022. We had 3 previous estimates, but went with Pella because we thought Pella balanced price and quality better than any other company. As it turns out, none of that was true. Our order totaled $26,567 & included 7 right to left 2 panel slider windows, 4 picture windows & 1 right to left 2 panel sliding glass door with interior blinds. We were told the turnaround time was 16 weeks for delivery & installation. On 10/25/2022 we were given a delivery date of 2/8 & installation dates of 2/9 & 2/10. When the installation team finished on 2/10, they left us with 11 functionality issues & multiple cosmetic issues for the 12 products installed, all requiring immediate service, repair or replacement. 1 handle on an active panel was broken, 2 fixed panels filled with condensation overnight, 1 frame was bent & would not open/close properly, 1 active panel was cracked, 2 picture windows had broken glass which the installers taped, the interior blinds in the active door panel did not work, the vinyl frame of the glass door had a huge chip, 1 window was missing a screen, 1 active panel had visibly damaged seals & needed replacement, most windows had visible bronze exterior paint (we paid more for this) overspray on the white interior frame & many corner welds were metallic rather than painted white as contracted. This was documented in an installation report & an email from us to Pella on 2/10. It was documented again by the project manager who visited 7 days after the botched installation. After 15 total days of no communication by Pella, we were finally given a “recovery installation” date of 4/14 in an email on 3/1. We were reassured by email & phone that all the issues would be taken care of & project completed during the “recovery”. The installation team & 1 service technician came out on 4/14 but could not complete the “recovery” successfully & again left us with multiple issues requiring immediate service, repair or replacement. The new active panel for the cracked panel arrived damaged & needs replacing, the wrong size screen was ordered for the missing screen, the wrong size panel was ordered for the panel with damaged seams, our screen door on the sliding glass door will not close properly after the sliding glass door panel with non-working blinds was replaced, the handle on 1 active panel is now visibly twisted & bent & the 55” x 65” glass for the picture window installed with broken glass was not replaced because Pella did not send the right team to replace it after having 9 weeks lead time. Gary Minor, Pella’s sales manager visited on 4/14 and told us the magnitude issues were unacceptable but offered no solutions, dates or times to complete the work. He said he did not have that capability to do that. He also stated that he could do nothing about the chips, dents & cuts in the vinyl or the corner seams that were not painted white. Gary called us on 4/17 to ask if 4/22 would work to replace the large staircase glass & let us know that the products that needed to be ordered would take about a month & push the completion of the project towards the end of May, but said he needed a few days to confirm. We haven’t heard anything since. This company is poorly managed, offers no customer service & sells product shipped, delivered & installed broken. Top to bottom honest communication is nonexistent. Most shockingly they display arrogance & disrespect towards you & your home when they haven’t delivered on what you paid money to receive. They think that wasting your time through their inability to deliver is a normal part of doing business. We regret our purchase entirely & highly recommend you stay as far away as possible from this terrible company. We're going on 7 months with no end in sight while a massive crate with a huge piece of glass sits in our garage that none of 4 Pella employees that visited our home on 4/14 thought wise to inspect.

Steven Freedman was a great sales consultant very informative and knowledgeable from beginning to end-answered all my questions and was very patience during this window project. Five Stars for Steven!! Along with Roman and his crew who did a wonderful job installing my new windows. They left the area perfectly cleaned from start to finish. Lillian, Lead Project Coordinator who answered all my emails quickly and finally Luis, Project Manager who took care of some little issues. I love my new Casement Windows. Would highly recommend Pella.

Ralph was extremely helpful with deciding what windows to go with. I had two other companies out who were high pressure on the sales, but Ralph wasn’t pushy at all. He was there to answer any questions before, during and after installation and even stopped by during installation to see how it was going. The installation crew were great too! They left everything spotless. I love my new windows! They’ve completely changed the look of the rooms. Definitely recommend going with Pella.
