Pella Windows & Doors of Norwalk

I recently replaced the windows in my home as they were rather old, drafty and unsealed. After researching window companies and meeting with various sales people, I can upon Bruce Woolf of Pella Windows. I must say working with Bruce was a great experience. From the moment he arrived, he was professional and attentive. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and then provided me with a range of options that would suit my requirements. Bruce was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of windows and their benefits, and patiently answered all of my questions. What impressed me the most was his genuine concern for finding the right windows for my home, rather than pushing for a quick sale— a tactic I found others using, which was unappealing. Bruce provided me with detailed information and even showed me samples of the windows, allowing me to make an informed decision. Overall, Bruce made the entire process easy and enjoyable. If you're in need of new windows, I highly recommend working with Bruce.

We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our new Pella Windows and Doors! Sales Consultant-Michael Inglese was beyond professional and made the selection-buying process SOOOO EASY! He never pressured us and he thoroughly explained all of the various PELLA scenarios/options/upgrades! (*we love our hidden screens too!) The "PELLA Installer" team of George/Mike were outstanding. George came to formally measure each window/door before the official order was placed...once the products arrived the installation team was seamless! The crew was amazing and like a "well-oiled machine". Everyone had their function/role and they worked harmoniously! They installed 6 windows and 1 door ALL IN ONE DAY!!!! Simply perfectionists from start to finish! I would highly recommend. BONUS---we are beyond pleased with our heating bill this year! Our monthly bill has been way less since the windows/doors have been installed! EXTRA WIN!!!

Very impressed with the sales rep (Tom Reppucci) and the installation team. Tom was super knowledgeable about the product and windows in general. Pella was able to install sliding doors where other companies told us it was impossible to do. The installation team stay late into the evening to make sure everything was done for the day. Readjusted the doors multiple times until they were working perfectly, and left the site clean. Very impressed and highly recommend.

Bruce Woolf is an absolute professional!! Not only is he very knowledgeable about Pella windows and doors, but he genuinely cares and took the time to answer all my questions... never making me feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. He explained in depth the details about Pella's products, making it much easier for me to understand so I could make the best choices. I highly recommend Bruce to anyone interested in replacing doors or windows in their home.

We replaced 3 windows with Pella. Bruce is extremely professional and gave us great advice. The service people were prompt and super professional. They finished soup to nuts in 3 hours and did an amazing job. The windows are high quality and look great. This is an easy recommendation for me to make. Don't hesitate (really)
