Perfect installation! Hire these people! We’ve done a lot of work on the DeLand home we bought a year ago. We’ve dealt with a bunch of companies. And these folks were hands down the best experience we’ve had. I was very nervous about replacing all our windows including the sliding glass patio door. Having large holes in your house is kind of unsettling. And the mess! But really, we had nothing to worry about. Starting with Kristy in the office, and extending to our installation crew of Joe, Ryan, Leo and Nick, they all treated our home with respect, worked quickly and carefully, and left us with beautiful new windows and absolutely zero mess. And Dave expertly did a small bit of stucco repair work to complete the job. So, if you’re thinking about replacing your windows, we highly recommend these folks.

The Window Shoppe recently finished a window install at our home. We have had a great experience with everyone at this company, from admin to the contractor to the installers. Everyone took the time to patiently answer all of our questions and concerns regarding the window types and install process. Employees are friendly, professional, and the install went very smoothly. Prices are very reasonable as well. Looking forward to working with them again!

The Window Shoppe treated me right. They had the best price and did not try to upsell. However, all they offered was single hung windows. So if you are looking for double hung, you will have to look elsewhere. But I wasn't looking for those. Highly recommend.

I just had windows replaced with hurricane rated impact windows. From the initial meeting to the installation everything went very smooth. After getting 4 quotes I chose The Window Shoppe due to their professionalism and price. The install crew was extremely professional and very courteous. I was very impressed with them. We are happy that we used the Window Shoppe to replace all of our windows and sliding doors. We replaced one slider with a beautiful French door. We did the front of the house first and had them back to do the back of the house. They have come out promptly to help us with our French door which turned out to be a user problem. Matt was very understanding and happy to show us the special locking mechanism - again. :) All of the team is helpful and patient. Just wanted to say how much we love our new windows! The staff did an excellent job. Can't believe how much difference it is making in our house with the heat and the AC. You guys are the best. Would definitely mention you to our friends and neighbors!

We shopped around and found that The Window Shoppe was the most responsive, best price, and offered good quality products. They did seven windows on our house that had the original jalousie windows from the 50's. Their tech, Ryan, did an amazing job. He was professional and cleaned up the jobsite extremely well. I needed extra windows for a patio, they suggested vinyl over the phone. When I went there to place the order, I brought one of the windows I was using in the patio and asked that they come and look at it so they know what I needed since I had no idea what they were ordering because they did not show me a sample. The person working there said it was not necessary to go look. The windows were then ordered. When we saw them, they were not the correct windows. Since they collected payment on them prior to ordering, I had to take them as is even though they were the wrong windows and the person working there repeated that to us. So it did not matter that we were not happy with the windows. Ordering the wrong window could have been avoided if someone had looked at the window I brought as a sample or showed me what they were ordering.
