Mister Window

I previously worked with Mr. Window and had 5 new windows installed this past September. The job was done without an excessive wait time (4-6 week turnover), cleanly and precisely perfect!! BUT, my job wasn't completed!! I couldn't finish the project due to lack of funds but continued to look for financing to complete the installation! Sure enough, I acquired the necessary funds and gave Mr. Window a call to come on back and quote me for the remainder of the windows along with a new slider and a new window and access door for the garage. Once again, they beat all the competitors and the best part is I KNOW what kind of work they do and I am so excited to complete this project with Mr. Window. Ryan, VP of sales is just amazing...He really makes you feel like you are important to this company. I'm signed back up and I can't wait to see this project completed!! You will never regret working with this company!! Go for it!!!!

John just shared how they strive to deliver a high-quality product, and great service, and stand behind their work. He gave me a quote without nonsense, and it more than held up to their competitors. If the quality of work is on par with the sales process, I will be very pleased.

Ryan was my sales representative from Mr. Windows. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He was able to answer all my questions and concerns, that I had about their products and installation. We heard around Palmetto that Mr. Window was a high quality, honest and reliable outfit to have home windows upgraded. They did not disappoint. A representative came out and gave us a good priced estimate and one day completion promise. A few weeks later, a work crew came out bright and early in the morning and put in 7 beautiful hurricane rated windows. They put plastic covers over furniture and appliances and kept everything neat, clean and well organized until they were done around 4 pm and left our home spotless! The crew supervisor, Elvis, came back the next morning to make sure we were satisfied and made sure we knew how to operate the new window functions. We are delighted with the results, and amazed with the performance of the installation crew! Well Done Mr. Window!

Sales was great. Definitely was on top of things and sold us. Then they got my money.... I was told 4-8 weeks for my back sliding and front doors to come in. At 8 weeks I had to reach out multiple times to get an update. Finally had install and the craftsmanship was poor. The communication with the company is nonexistent. Call the main number and they want my email for communication responses. Not a phone call. I call the part owner that sold us and he's good with words but no follow through. Pony in charge of install made excuse after excuse and dismissed my concerns. It's been a complete headache to get my project completed. We were going to have our windows done after.. cash.. and thankfully we see the way things are run now and have decided not to go with this company. I shouldn't have to beg the company to get work done. I asked Ryan to come out and meet with us as he sold us the job as part owner. He has put us off onto the install guys who are subbed out which is not who I wanted to see the issues... the marks on the door will not come off, the pieces that slide on are not aligned. The door was not initially screwed in on one side so it pulled my drywall off when opened. They came back and screwed in but the party that tore was not properly fixed. The caulking around my front door is not clean and all over the floor. The transition piece is loose. Overall I could've found someone cheaper to do the poor install. I chose this company thinking it would be completed and look new and Amazing. I'm sadly disappointed. *this is somehow under my sons google however this review is from Tricia Bailey Update on1/29/24- I was called by Pony supervisor of installs and was spoken to condescending and told I was being added a fee for several failed inspections and that it was my fault. Inspection 1 lack of communication. Inspection 2 failed due to screws missing on hinges of front door. Inspection 3 they scheduled and NEVER notified us of the day. I got an email after they showed up... my friend's jaw dropped as she heard how he spoke to me. Furthermore, I was attempted to be bribed by installers to remove this review. 2/14/24- after several weeks of trying to communicate with Ryan who sold us we never did get him out to see the work. Today Andrew and an engineer came out. Multiple issues they found and need to fix with both slider and front door install. They also have to remove and reinstall my entire front door. Have yet to hear from any sort of management or owner. It's unfortunate I will no longer be having them replace all my windows that we discussed prior to this install. Update 3/7/24 my front door has been taken out and reinstalled. It still is not locking and unlocking properly. My back sliding door could not be fixed and needs to be taken out and reinstalled. I'm still waiting on that. Since I was told it needs reinstalled and waiting on yet another try it is no longer locking properly. My kids are not able to safely lock our home. I have "rig it". I have a call to speak with the owner and am waiting for that to Happen. We are 2.5 months of trying to get doors installed properly. Crew from install was fired. But we still do not have properly installed doors and 11k in cash given to this company.

Elvis and his team did an amazing job! All of our old window framing had significant water damage. Elvis was able to reframe each window prior to setting the new ones in place to make sure we had a solid and water tight seal moving forward.

Mister Window was a delight to deal with. They are honest, dependable people. We ordered French doors to replace old and sticking sliding doors. The order came in exactly on time, and installed soon after. The installers were the best. Their experience showed as they handled problems that popped up.. who knew that all door openings aren’t square? They were gentle and careful with the doors, our house and furnishings. FYI.. call anyone you’d like to give you an estimate.. then call Mister Window. You will be happily surprised at their price. These doors are as good a quality as any, and as my wife says.. “they look beautiful”.
