Rollin was very professional. He had to make up for another person not showing up the weekend before(not going to call his name). Rollin did an outstanding job explaining both product lines. Rollin used his knowledge of the products to help us create what we wanted for both our bathrooms. Rollin went out of his way to win our business. Rollin went as far as calling his supervisor and then the supervisor boss called in as well to help him secure our business. Rollin did everything in his power to make sure we were under contract before he left my home. Rollin is a stand up sale rep. Once the work is done I'll update my review.

Mike was absolutely awesome. He went over everything and explained both materials they use. Also Mike went over how they install the new shower. Mike is very thorough and he make sure you understand everything

The representative from Southern Industries, Mike Peet, was knowledgeable, patient, on time and he did not pressure me. The products from BCI acrylic and Kohler really sell themselves and Mike helped me put together a tub to shower package that I loved. Another factor that impressed me was that they do the tub removal and shower install in one day.

Taylor came out and listened to all my concerns regarding the cost of replacing my old shower/tub insert with a much nicer shower. It really needed replacing and I have been dealing with for several years since I moved in my home. He showed me options to stay within a payment I felt comfortable with as a single income and veteran. He was super polite, friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I can't wait until it's installed! Also very pleased this company works with Wells Fargo for home inprovement projects!

Rollin was prompt and on time for our appointment. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and informative about the product and service. He worked with us and was able to get us a deal we could work with. A very pleasurable experience .

The materials for the walk-in Kohler shower and were great. But the reason I had it install was due to a Mother-in-law who had a stroke and doesn't have full use of her right side. Her and my wife have fell in it. The salesman that came out was informed of this as was the installer. The floor is slick. I paid over $15G for this. They said that their is nothing they can do to fix it. It sucks that it can't be fixed.

Very positive experience with the sales person (Mark Levy), the guy who came later to re-measure my bathtub/shower, and the two professionals who installed my new walk-in shower. They worked non- stop for 8 or 9 hours, without a lunch break, and did a fine job. The quality seems very good.

My home visit with Daniel was such a great experience. He was patient, knowledgeable, and well equipped for the job. I would recommend him for any job site. I thank you guys for choosing one of your best employee. Your company has some great offers and rather I'm awarded the loan or not for this project, I really enjoyed meeting Daniel and pray for much success.
