The man came and measured for a patio door. He said "you will get an email in a week or two .After a month went by ,we went to their store. Finally got an estimate. Then we called the store to say we wanted to get the door. The receptionist acted like she never heard of us. she said " oh, do you want it installed, what kind of door? She shouts from her office out to the front desk. Too lazy to get up. Then says they couldn't do it for 16 to 20 weeks,. Initially the man said we'll do it in May. They seem to ignore the average resident of Pueblo and cater to big business

Nick is a truly knowledgeable window and door guy who brings a sense of humanity into his business. You can not go wrong with C&O.

I stopped in Friday afternoon with questions relative to installing a double French patio door that started with a simple call to see if he had any seal pans in stock. He told me about Dupont's Tyvek Flexwrap on the phone and said I could buy some. I was in a bit of an emergency - at least by my installation situation and the fact that bad weather was coming, so I headed down to his shop. I already bought the door (from a box store - my apologies to Nick, that won't happen again) and planned on installing it that weekend - important note, I am not a door expert. Nick took the time out of his busy day to walk me through the process, drew pictures on what to do and even sold me the necessary supplies out of his own stock (multiple items) - with no immediate benefit to his own business. I felt like I was back in the good old days talking to the seasoned small neighborhood hardware store guy while sitting on a stool at the counter. Amazingly refreshing. Went home and successfully installed the door that weekend and I feel 100% good with what we did. I can't say thank you enough to Nick - 5 stars well-earned. Thank you. PS: That Flexwrap is pretty darn good too.

I currently work here as a lead installer, they offer a great benefit package along with competitive wages! They also give me the freedom to complete my jobs with little or no hassle, nor do I have to deal with any politics that you get with working for a bigger company. I plan on staying here for years to come! Thanks Nick for giving me a career that excites me, day in and day out!

C&O are fantastic. We have been using them for years. They have always been there from small fixes to large projects. Nick and Dennis are always right on time and everything is completed ahead of schedule. This is my go to place for commercial and residential windows and doors. You guys ROCK!! Keep up the good work!
