Pella Windows & Doors of Rehoboth Beach

So far we love our Pella windows and doors. Ralph and Jason came out to help resolve a locking mechanism on one of the doors and now it works perfectly. Thank you!

I needed help with my sliders that had started to leak, and Ralph was sent to check it out. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very skillful. I was thrilled he could fix my issue in a fairly short period of time. Getting service through Pella isn’t cheap, but the peace of mind that it’s done right is very helpful. And Ralph is the best!

We have beautiful new Pella sliders in our living room and bedroom. Thanks to techs Jason Reprogel and Ralph McCutcheon we now have the tool and know how to open the panels to clean between the glass. Excellent, on-time, friendly service and a great product!

Pella has been amazing. I had an issue with a couple of screens, not the windows, the screens, and they made it right. I worked with Jason towards the end and he was a gem! Kind, responsive, knowledgeable and thorough! Five stars. Fully baked company.

Jason came out to our home on time to inspect our broken window. He was very polite and even very patient with our Jack Russell terrier who wanted to “help” him with his inspection and measurements. He ordered a new sash and was even able to schedule the date of installation before he left.

Our service technician Ralph McCutcheon not only repaired the hinge and slider on our window shade, he lubricated and adjusted all the sliders on all of our shades and blinds. The result was like having everything brand new. He educated us about the routine maintenance so that we don’t have to call for help on minor adjustments. We enjoyed his conversation and company as well as his competence. 5 star.

Pella responded quickly to a warranty service request. Techs arrived early in response to a special request due to our schedule conflict. In addition to promptly and professionally resolving the warranty issue, the techs provided a great maintenance and operational review for our new inswing patio door. All the while they were in our home, they showed great respect and concern for cleanliness.

From the beginning of the project to the final installation , Pella of Lewes, DE has been very professional, honest and experts at what they do. From the initial consultation with Kenny to the final install with Jason, Jyoti and Michael, this project was an awesome experience. Kenny was up front and did not hide anything about costs, Pella's responsibility and what we should expect. The installers Jyoti and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, meticulous to detail and proud of their work. The installers made sure the job site was safe and cleaned up after the job. They also gave us instructions on the operation of the door and did not get an attitude from our questions. Jason came by to ensure the job was being done correctly and reassured us that Jyoti, the crew foreman was capable of doing the job according to Pella and our specifications. When it comes time to replace our windows, we will not hesitate to call Pella and request the same crew.
