This is the second time my husband and I have used A-1 Doors and Windows. The first was for a large glass door with side lights installation requiring quite a bit of carpentry. Daniel excels at communication and follows through with his commitments. Everyone on the crew is qualified, polite and easy to have around. Do not hesitate to hire this company. We will continue to use them for any future projects.

A-1 Windows and Doors did a wonderful job replacing our windows in our home. Daniel, the owner, kept us informed throughout the entire process. He was very responsive in ensuring all our expectations were met. Daniel and his crew were prompt, courteous, and very respectful. They always wore masks while working inside and outside our home. It was a pleasure doing business with Daniel and his crew.

Our house was built in the early 70's and the windows are quite drafty. A-1 has a really good reputation in our area so we had them do an estimate for our entire house and to break down the cost of the different rooms in the house. We decided to tackle the window project piecemeal and do our child's bedroom first since the bedroom windows are in the most need of replacing. Daniel owns/operates the business and did the installation for us. He is very nice and knowledgeable. He's good at explaining the product and installation process. We're very happy with how the windows operate and look. A-1 also repaired a couple of windows that we had replaced that weren't as expertly installed. The project went smoothly and we can't wait to get to replace the rest of the windows in our house.

David Urbach and his team were outstanding! My wife and I interviewed eleven contractors and from a cost, schedule, quality and project management standpoint, A-1 Windows and Doors, LLC stood out above the rest. We chose them for all our windows. David and his team were professional and met all their commitments. There was excellent communication, the materials were high quality, and his installers were highly skilled. The job started and finished on time per the agreed upon schedule. A-1 installed an exterior door for my home. David (owner) is one of the few contractors I've dealt with that gives you a firm price, informs you of the progress or your order and holds to a firm install date which is rare today. Daniel his partner came out to inspect the work after the door was installed, explained how to paint it correctly and installed some additional hardware that didn't fit with my original lockset. I wish all of the contractors I've dealt with over the years were as easy to deal with as A-1. I recommend them highly as other reviewers here.

My wife and I have been doing a number of home improvement projects since April of this year, and my experience with David and his GM Danny was top notch. At a time when customer service, integrity and consideration seem to be going out of style with some vendors / businesses, David showed us that those values are still alive and well at A-1. Despite that fact that our project was relatively small (new front storm door and 2 new storm windows) we were given a great deal of attention. David kept us abreast of all developments (i.e. when products would be available for install) and did exactly what he said he would do, and when he would do it. I would recommend A-1 highly, and without hesitation -- and would definitely call them again in the future as needs arise.

We love A-1 Windows and Doors for so many reasons. Customer service is top-notch, knowledge and experience about the product is unmatched, and the owner, David, is such a wonderful person to work with. We had French doors leading to our patio and they needed to be replaced. David suggested a sliding glass door and he was right about everything. It's so much easier to use, has a screen to let in fresh air, and opens up the room. The installation was flawless and we couldn't be happier. Thank you!
