Great experience. The woman who quoted us was wonderful and did not pressure us one bit. The install was quick. They did bring us the wrong color handle, but that was the only issue.

Wallside did an excellent job! The installers were very professional and very experienced. Love the addition molding provided under the marble window seals along with the painted window trim saved me on some painting.

When we decided to go through Wallside we never in a million years expected to be unsatisfied with new windows. Installation crew did a subpar job installing the windows. 3 of the new windows need replaced, 3 screens are damaged, I filled a bucket with screws nails caulk tubes, insulation, and other debris. There were multiple windows with caulk on the new glass. They forgot to install the lock for screen door. Welds on windows were not painted to match.These are a few photos but definitely don’t show off just how terrible things are. If you can avoid Sean P’s installation as your contracted window installers I suggest you do that as they are amateurs and too lazy to provide the superior service that Wallside swears they have. Completely unsatisfactory and very sad that you can’t find good work anywhere.

Very satisfied with the entire process. Steve the salesman free financing and fifty percent off for 12 window. The gentleman that came to measure adjusted his time for my work schedule. The installers I can’t rave more about they went above and beyond to make sure I had the best installation with outside and inside. 4 men worked 7 hours and made everything perfect!! They were polite, as I watched their work in each detail. The were considerate with clean up and every detail !! I understand the importance of using a company like this and my windows were so old. Some from 1912. Highly recommended this company!!

Wallside Windows is a fantastic choice for window replacement. From the initial appointment to the measurement say to the installation, we received high-quality customer service! Everything went exactly as they said it would. In fact, they actually performed above what they stated, getting the 8 windows completely removed, the new ones in and finished off, and every last scrap of materiel cleaned up well within the expected time frame! The workers were polite and efficient. It was a great experience all around! Definitely HIGHLY recommend Wallside Windows!

We had two sets of windows installed. We could not be more pleased as to how they look and how they have improved the aesthetics in the interior of our home. In addition, Marty Cooper and his crew did a fabulous job with the new window cutout in our family room this past Saturday.
