Clear Choice Windows & Doors

We had Clear Choice Window and Doors install Milgard windows throughout our home. We had a great experience with both Josh Cozzie the sales rep and the installers. We are happy with the windows. We had two windows crack after installation and were disappointed about that but they were eventually fixed.

Clear Choice installed Milgard vinyl windows in half of my home. Everyone was very polite and professional. I am comparing them to a competitor who installed the exact same windows in the other half of my home. The things keeping Clear Choice from a 5 star review and also things that the competitor did well. - Our exterior window trim is black, they install white trim but did allow us to paint it in advance. This was all taken care of by the competitor. Even a return visit to touch up paint on and around the trim. - Interior trim was installed to fill gaps and was left unpainted. We painted it. - Black caulk was used around the trim and it wasn't cleanly done. It left many smears and smudges that required us to repaint around every window. - Additional trim was left behind after the job, taking up space in our garage. I called and they did eventually come to get it. - One large window was installed with damage (Milgard's fault) and I had to call it out to request a warranty repair. Ideally the installer finds this when they receive shipment or during installation. Overall they did a nice job but compared to a place that I gave 5 stars to, they're a 4 star.

Great experience with replacing our windows with Clear Choice. We got 5 different quotes, and they were the only ones with an easy to read and transparent quote breaking down the cost per window vs just providing a single cost for the whole project. We also had some concerns about possible dry rot around one window. Some contractors tried overselling us claiming all the siding needed to be replaced to the tune of 4-6k. Clear Choice was honest and said that it was best to wait until they remove the window to see what’s going on. Well, it wound up just being minor, and they cleaned it up without any extra cost to us saving us thousands that the others insisted was necessary to spend. The installation crew was on time, professional, wore shoe covers while inside, covered all furniture near the windows while working, and did a great cleanup job. I highly recommend Clear Choice.

Clear Choice was recommended to us by several neighbors for our window replacement project. We got bids from two other companies but felt the cost quoted by Clear Choice was very reasonable for the products we selected. The communication from the company was outstanding during the order and scheduling process. The installation team showed up on time (or a bit early) each of the 3 days scheduled for our installation - and they were friendly, professional, and REALLY efficient. I'd highly recommend Clear Choice for quality products and AMAZING customer service!

We had 17 original, wood, single pane windows replaced. The whole thing took 2.5 days. Communication in the run-up to installation was clear. The crew provided excellent service. Prompt, professional, clean. The windows look great. Really appreciate the accommodations that the crew made for a family with a toddler and a dog. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to replace their windows.

We had 19 windows and a patio door replaced by Clear Choice Windows and Doors, Inc., and used top of the line Marvin products. From the minute we walked into their local showroom, we were pleased with the beginning of our experience. After being shown window products and being explained the difference in how each product was made, we decided on the top of the line. Our original intention was to purchase nice windows, but not necessarily what we ended up with! Every single aspect of this stellar experience with Clear Choice has been phenomenal. NEVER have we been so completely satisfied with a service such as this. Polite, respectful, communicative, knowledgeable, fantastic workmanship and clean up...we couldn’t have asked for more!

I purchased a 2000 condo and realized they used the lowest grade windows, and 6 of them are in desperate need to be replaced. I called Clear Choice Window and they did a great job from beginning to end. From estimating the cost (trying to fit as many windows into my budget), taking detailed measuring and installing the windows, everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. During the installation, I gave them full access to my place while I was at work. The guys took care of everything and I was relief when I returned for expectation. Not only I ended up with beautiful new windows, the house remain clean and untouched! Only minor complaint I have, is that I had to call a few times to make sure my appointment was on track, but it's no deal because I want to get it done before I can repaint my house. Also I knew they are very busy during the summer. Overall, I have a great experience with those guys and would recommend them to anyone I know/care.
