Smart Window Company came recommended to me by a coworker and I had them replace the windows in my condo earlier in the year prior to some of the heavier rains, which turned out to be ideal timing. They were positively great to work with, the entire experience was painless from start to finish. I'm more than happy with the quality of both the product and the installation and to top it off, they were even slightly cheaper than Home Depot. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.

My wife and I are extremely happy with the workmanship provided by Smart Window Company. The process started with their salesperson Paul B. He did a fabulous job providing us with the best options for our home doors. Extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He was thorough in explaining the options for our doors. Great communication skills and gets back to you with answers. Our installer Roberto & Ivan were great. They kept us in the loop and explained the installation process. It was a pleasure talking to both gentlemen and they answered questions. They were focus and detail oriented in their workmanship. The end result, were great doors by ProVia. We love the design and blue (navy) color with glass. More importantly the durability and efficiency of the doors is what attracted us to making the investment. The company has many options. We recently had all our windows replaced in our Los Angeles apartment. We choose Smart Window because of their commitment to customer service and we were not disappointed. Tony M. and David were great to work with. David was more than patient us and responded to all of our requests and questions. Tom came out to our place for the final measurements and his knowledge and kindness were appreciated. Then, when the day came for the installation we were amazed at how efficiently, professionally, and tidy the installation crew was. They installed 13 new windows in our old structure in one day. Roberto, Ivan & Daniel were the best! Great installation, clean and efficient. Showed up on time, did a great install and left no mess. I highly recommend Smart Window. Also the salesman David and the owners , who we met as we wanted to see a sample of the windows were just so professional and personable and not pushy at all. Just a great company to deal with.

I have had window replacements done in the past and never a great job. This time was different as the installation of 10 windows was done so well that I am ready to continue to replace more windows. The results did not stop with a perfect installation, it continued with a personal follow up call checking to ensure we are pleased with the installation and to start our warranty period. Magical! Stunned how successful the purchase and installation process went. Found the sales team to be well informed and honorable. It didn't take us long to agree to purchase 5 items, including a sliding door and round picture window. However, it was extremely impressive watching the team of installers update our home. They respected our house and our time. And everything is functioning perfectly. And it looks beautiful.

The team and staff at Smart Window were professional and very helpful. The key discriminator for us was their overall service esp. for any follow up issues down the road. The windows and sliding doors were of good quality (Crystal Window/Door Systems) and the installation process was flawless.
