Staff were extremely professional. The free estimate representative went above and beyond what we expected. Our project came out better than expected with most of the workers being extremely cordial and professional. Would recommend this company for future projects.

The team at Power did a fantastic job from start to finish! They were professional, informative, and responsive. Even when I had a concern, it was handled professionally and we were able to achieve exactly what was needed. They took the time to make sure we understood the process and methods. Wonderful experience with the windows and doors. The workers did an amazing job on the circa 1790 house. The doors are so beautiful and now my windows actually work again. They cleaned up and vacuumed inside and swept the porch, too.

We’ve had different projects (siding, roofing, solar panels) done on our house in the past 3 years with other companies. Our window replacement project was our first with Power and, I must say, they are the best company we have dealt with. Everyone we have met in Power has been professional, informative, hardworking, and just overall, great individuals! We are impressed and grateful. And most importantly, we love our new windows and the lifetime warranties they come with! Thank you, Power! So glad we met you! We will be back with our future home projects.

Just had 4 brand new windows put in our upstairs bedrooms by Power Home Remodeling. They did an excellent job and finished off the outside really nice. We're very pleased with the work they've done. Also had our siding and roof done by them. They do excellent work & clean up after themselves.

We are excited about the products that we purchased. The windows already are making a difference for us. We have questions about the attic insulation but there was never a quality inspection so we haven't gotten to ask. Apparently because it was our second purchase of products they aren't as concerned because we probably wouldn't but something in a third meeting. So ill call them now. The majority of the workers we dealt with were great. One guy was in a bad mood and wasn't very nice. We already discussed that with power. Here are our cons with our projects: the promised clean up. We were told that after the work it would be as if they hadn't been here. Unfortunately that is not the case. With gutters we are still picking up nails and screws around the house. My 6 year old stepped on one that I missed this morning. When our front door was installed they left a half inch gap where the drywall didnt match up with where the previous trim covered. When I asked the installer about it he huffed and put clear caulk over it (looks terrible) same with the big bay window but he used white there. With the window that would have been fine except he did a terrible job with it and it looks awful.. when quality came out for that project they said they could get a peice of quarter round for over the door. That wouldn't look great so the other option is that we do mud and paint it ourselves. And to paint over the window to clean up the wavy caulk line. So now I have to spend more money on a project I paid power to leave done professionally. With the attic insulation insulation was left all over outside. I had to go out with my husband's shop vac and clean it after they left. The guy tried cleaning up inside but I had to deep clean my 2 year olds room because there were little bits of insulation all over her room. Aside from all that there was trash left in the front a back yard from various projects. Overall, I like what we got, but lower your expectations on customer service and the clean up. If we ever get aiding done we will probably look at other companies first unfortunately.

John was amazing. He could've sold us a new house. He was fantastic and made this a great experience. He explained everything well and did a great job showing us the products. The installers did a great job as well. The quality assurance manager was very good and reviewed everything. Thorough inspection. From beginning to the end everything was very nice.

The crew that was here doing the siding job were great. They did an excellent job making the house look much better. Every night they scan the property for nails that got away and cleaned them up extensively. Would have them back again
