Debating between 2-3stars. The install crew was ok…friendly and appeared hard working. During walkthrough at end, the guy mentioned they would clean up…they did not do a good job of that…I cleaned up after they left…nails, pieces of old window, even glass from old windows. I expected some clean up, but they didn’t do anything after we were told they would. But what made us the most unhappy was inside the house. There were grease/dirt marks on the walls, hand prints on the walls and window frame. The outside trim was filthy, guy said it would wash off when it rained. Hubby had to scrub most of it off. He re-chaulk many spots…guy tried to explain why it was chaulked like that. One bedroom window had the lower window sill board broken…they never mentioned it. This was the better crew we were told. The stationary windows…where they were screwed in had hole left (not filled with covers), guy said he wasn’t given any and company would automatically provide…haven’t received yet, so I’ll have to call. As far as the windows…so far we like them, only had about 2 weeks…so time will tell. We like the looks and how they function. So much better than our old ones…wanted to do separate review for windows themselves…but seem to be unable to do more than one review. Windows …4.5 stars
