Louis, Danny, Howie, and Jason were all friendly, professional, and respectful during the quote, consultation, and installation phases. These guys are fast, efficient, and do great work. We replaced our original 1964 windows with the EcoShield 2200 series double paned and instantly noticed a difference, running the heat lower and less frequently during this cold wintry week. The two man crew of Howie and Jason had 12 windows installed within 7 hours and our place looked like nothing had happened--other than the new windows, of course! I would highly recommend Finestra to anyone in need of new windows.

Just had Finestra install 14 windows and a slider to my deck. The process from start to finish was top notch. Danny, the owner came out and took measurements. Louis provided the estimate and set up the install. Howie, Jason, and Nico arrived on time and completed the install in 1 1/2 days. They were meticulous, detailed, and respectful to clean up all the debris inside and out. There are a lot of big window companies out there. Most are ridiculously expensive. Finestra is a local small buisiness with quality products, excellent service, at a very reasonable price. Make your replacement window service search easy and just go with Finestra Windows!

I saw the ad on Facebook, being a new investor in real estate I shopped around from many window companies. I got many prices from 600-1500 a window. These guys changed 11 windows for a great price. If you are an investor or are doing renovations and have a tight budget I highly recommend them. They are also don’t do any hard selling so you can be comfortable knowing you can kindly decline service. They changed 11 windows in about 4 hours my tenants are happy they got new windows and I am happy I was able to provide new windows within my budget. I’ve worked with Finestra windows a few times, always impressed with how quickly they respond and how easy it is to work with them. Last time we had them install 10 windows, they were fast and efficient. I always have gotten the mid grade window they have obviously there not as great quality as a $800 or $1000 window ( that’s just common sense) but they do the job, no leaks, quality soundproofing, much warmer then the windows I have replaced. Would highly recommend them to get your windows and or install.

We were very happy with Finestra’s quote compared to some larger name brand window companies that I won’t mention here… but less than half the price! Windows took a couple months to be made and I was impressed with how quickly they were able to replace our windows! Less than a day in our ranch. The windows seem to be great quality and on par with the windows other companies have tried to sell us for much more. Big upgrade from our 50 year old single pane windows, it’s now nice and toasty in the house. The installers were very friendly and professional!

My new 15 windows were installed yesterday. From the first phone call with Windsor (goes by Louis in the shop), then my meeting with Danny who did the measuring, then to the men who did the install, it was awesome! Very nice guys and very efficient and professional. I had to leave the house for a bit. When I returned, everything was in its place and it looked like nothing had taken place. I began in August getting quotes from various contractors. I came across Finestra and I’m glad I did. I love my new windows and would highly recommend Finestra!

I wanted to share my experience with Finestra Windows. I typically don't leave reviews often, but to this day, purchasing windows from Finestra has probably been one of my favorite investments when it comes to my list of home renovations and I've done a lot! If you're like me and needed windows replaced, we all know this is probably one of the most expensive renovations you could do. I shopped around quite a bit with some of the more bigger mainstream window installers and they wanted to charge me an outrageous price for windows. Additionally, the initial visits to my home from these bigger companies were nightmares. Pushy sales tactics and just felt like it was pulling teeth just to get the salesman to leave my home. Finestra came out and measured my windows and simply stated that I would be contacted within a few days for pricing. It was fairly priced and I decided to move forward with replacing my entire house as well as my detached garage for a total of 25 windows. I was given an installation date and they arrived exactly as stated. They completed the entire installation in one day and left my home clean just like they found it. It's actually been over a year now and I'm still super happy with these windows. I've noticed a huge difference in efficiency within my home when it comes to maintaining temperatures through the winter and the summer. Great company overall. You will not be disappointed.

Finestra Windows is a great company and I couldn't be more pleased with the communication and installation of the work they performed on my colonial home in Hartford. I had original single pane windows and was looking for new windows to improve insulation and the look of my home. Danny was always available to talk and visited home to give me accurate information and a quick quote. He wasn't pushy or presented a long presentation like most other window companies. The team of installers were prompt and efficient! They knew exactly what to do and reviewed all the work.
