11 STARS - It's rare that a company checks all the boxes, but Marc and his crew do! From initial contact to the finished work, every category exceeded my expectations. Marc communicated everything and the quality of work was awesome. We replaced our casement windows and sliding glass doors. Can't go wrong here, highly recommend.

We shopped around before finding Marc and Highland Windows and once we met Marc and heard how he runs his business and saw his reasonable prices we were sold! Highland Windows has been the most pleasant, easy experience working with a contractor that we’ve ever had. Marc responds very quickly to texts or calls. He’s very professional, as is his team. The product and service they provide is unmatched. I would hands down reconnect Highland Windows to anyone.

Marc was a pleasure to work with. He doesn't pressure you to buy and doesn't waste your time with a long sales pitch. I got multiple quotes and his was the lowest. But it didn't sacrifice quality. He was fair and honest and Hilton did a great job installing the windows. I highly recommend and hope to buy more windows in the future.

My wife and I purchased windows from Marc earlier this year and are very happy with the result. My favorite part of working with Marc is that he didn’t have a long high pressure sales pitch to try and convince me to buy like most of the franchised companies will. The installation was well done and the windows installed have made our home noticeably cooler compared to previous summers. We received five different quotes for our windows and our second lowest quote was 35% higher than Highland and fully four times lower than Andersen! I highly recommend working with Highland!

Marc was an excellent and very responsive communicator throughout the entire process! His pricing is fair and competitive and, as promised, there were no surprises from his end. His crew was thorough, professional and meticulous. We had all of the windows in our 1948 home (and 1960s addition) replaced at once. I get pretty anxious about having work done in our home, but Marc listened well, allayed my concerns and followed through on all of his commitments to us. Our house had some surprises and complications that arose during our window install and Marc's crew was very balanced and thorough in their response and in finding solutions. His team does beautiful work, which impressed me throughout the project. We did have a couple of issues arise and Marc addressed everything right away, even personally coming by each time to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We give Highland Window Co. our highest recommendation!

I can't rave enough about the amazing job Marc and his team did. Down-to-earth, quick, professional, and detailed - they really took care of my home.
