BDry Waterproofing & Foundation Repair

BDry did an excellent job for us. We had drain issues in our back yard. They have all of our issues resolved. Would definitely recommend them.

• I would like to say, that I am very impressed with Bdry’s waterproofing and foundation repair services, they did a full Encapsulation in my townhome crawlspace, used state-of-the-art dehumidifier and sub pump, which was installed properly and they built the external drain with high-quality PVC pipe around the perimeter of the crawlspace and use gravel to secure. I feel Elated, and happy to have met Jonathan, the sales rep who came out and gave me the estimate, he was knowledgeable about his company, and reassured me that they could take care of my problem. when the crew came out Charlie and Tyler were very professional and did a great job installing the sub pump and building the French Drain, they were here for 8 hours and finished their chore, the 2nd day of the crew was just as professional, and let me not forget Amy the office manager receptionist ~is a Gem! ~ a great listener. I can’t say enough for the honesty and friendliness of BDry’s Solution Specialist, Chad Hays. He was very professional. Explained everything very well about my 80 year old mothers garage water issue and the solution to fix the problem. We also had a so called reputable well known water proofing representative from another company to come out and inspect the problem also. Their solution was a very expensive fix that my mother was in no financial position to pay. After having BDry and a professional home builder to assess the issue we felt that the more expensive route was somewhat over exaggerated and misleading. From my experience with this water issue, BDry has definitely made a life long customer out of me and even my family members. If honesty, professionalism and quality work for your waterproofing & structure repair is what your looking for then BDry is your company.

I maintain a large house in Greystone. We had water coming in from the outside, clogged drains that was finding his way into the basement. B dry did a fantastic job of sealing up the crack between the basement and the first floor, and fix the drains. So this doesn’t happen ever again. I am a stickler for only doing the job one time. I was very impressed with David and his crew. Two other companies tried selling me a drainage system that we did not need. B dry listen to my concerns and did the repair.👍

The BDry team showed up on the day scheduled and even though it rained heavily all day, they worked right through, and we are very thankful they did which allowed the next team to do their job on schedule and after couple of days we had our house back to the way it should be and better. because water under the house is eliminated. The deciding factors for us was 1-Competitors wanted to cut our original hardwood floors on the inside of the house, which are in very good condition and the quotes do not include having the hardwoods repaired which would have been costly. BDry worked under the house repairing under the house issues, and when they leveled up the replaced floor joists with the metal beam support to remove the uneven bow in the floor the joist issue had created, they left us with no cracks above door frames and our beautiful hardwoods intact. The crew are very polite and work outside in our case in very muddy conditions. 2-Cost factor, BDry is very competitive and in our case more cost effective for our situation.

I highly recommend BDry. They originally evaluated my home almost two years ago, and when I needed more work done I was happy to see that the same person- Sammy- was still with the company and still had detailed records for my home from their original visit. Sammy gave me informed and honest feedback on what was needed for my home, and helped me make a plan that is tailored for my needs and budget. If you are unsure of where to start with foundation and crawlspace work, I highly recommend giving them a call! They are prompt and great to work with.

Diego and his team did a fantastic job on our basement! They arrived on time and worked efficiently throughout the day with minimal interruptions. The job was completed quickly and thoroughly, and the team was extremely friendly and well informed. I would recommend them 100%!

From Jonathan, who came to my home and developed a drainage plan with me, to Amy at the office scheduling my job, to Devin and Blake the installation crew…they were all very professional, competent, AND courteous. Devin and Blake performed the job efficiently, bringing all the tools and supplies they might need, and the quality of their workmanship was top notch. Cleanup on the job site was done as if they were working on their own home. You will be pleased with the friendly service and the quality of work. You can rest easy when BDry is on the job!
