Very professional, was very pleased with response and saved me lots of time and money. They were so trustworthy l was not at home most of the time. I even asked them to move a 4K bolder after they completed the job and said sure. Very pleased with the removal of my old brick. Cleaned them and reinstalled cannot tell. Will have them back to do other jobs.

I would like to say from the VERY FIRST initial call that I made to West Foundations I spoke with Taylor and he was very confident, knowledgeable and honest about his job. This is a father and son team and I am well pleased at the work that was done at my house. Even though I didn’t realize that they were in Decatur and I’m in Gadsden another company was recommended closer to where I live but as he began to share with me some truths I was hoping they would take on this project and they did and I’m well pleased at the work. I talked with Victor and Colton who actually did the work and these young men impressed and surprised me. When I saw the material that they used to support my floors under the crawl space I was shocked. Thank you so much. I will be calling them back for the next project of removing mold and encapsulating my crawl space.

Taylor does amazing work! He is very easy to communicate with, is punctual, attended to all my needs and questions and is very patient and easy to work with. Concrete work made painless as possible We met Taylor West of West Foundation Services at the 2023 Spring Home & Garden Show, along with several other concrete contractors. Taylor seemed knowledgeable and confident that he could satisfy our requirements for our new driveway. When he came to see the job and heard our plans, Taylor made several suggestions that led to pouring a larger pad to accommodate our 2-axle trailer in the backyard. We explained that we were also having our fence replaced, which meant a lot of coordination with the fence company. Taylor stepped into that responsibility, meeting with the fencing rep to decide what the order of installation needed to be. We were looking forward to a quick project, but the weather didn’t want to cooperate. Following the tearout of the old driveway and preparation of the new pad, we got quite a bit of thunderstorm activity. Taylor assured us that he could move quickly and get the driveway poured and finished in one day. He was as good as his word; when a good, sunny day dawned, Taylor and his crew were on-site. They worked steadily and efficiently, dealing with unexpected challenges without complaining or a lot of head-scratching. His finishing crew was full of artists, flattening and smoothing the concrete to perfection before applying a beautiful brushed finish. Taylor even helped me apply an impression of a triple-barred cross with a template we 3D printed. I was seriously impressed with the quality of the pour and finish, and given that I am the stepson of a concrete magnate, I am not easily impressed when it comes to finished concrete. The crew carefully cleaned up all their trash, concrete waste, and loose dirt before carting it off, leaving the worksite clean. Two of my neighbors stopped to admire the work, and an old friend asked for Taylor’s contact data for a new driveway he needs. I was happy to provide it, and when I recommend someone who has done work for me, it’s the best kind of compliment I can pay. Great company! Taylor, the owner, worked with me and my wife and got us fixed up no problems. I wasn’t able to be home for the job both days, but he kept me informed and sent pictures a long the way and I was able to come home to a place with its mold gone and its crawl spaced repaired.
