Amazing work! The concrete decking around my inground pool was sinking in toward the steps. It was pretty bad and we kept tripping on it. Other recommended companies took one look and said they wouldn’t touch it. But George assured me that Gavin could take care of it no problem and he did! Gavin and Aaron came out and got to work and within no time the entire pool deck had been leveled all for way under what other companies had quoted me without fixing my main issue. Matt Carter and Tyler Cooper. Very long and detailed estimate. They are very knowledgeable. I think AFS could do a great job fixing the issues I brought to them. I was a bit floored by the cost and the pressure to have it done right now. Most homeowners don't have the resources to make 50,000 appear or borrow with such short notice.

Had an old beam and floor joists repaired by AFS, Justin Brock and Jay Kane, completed the work. They were on time, communicated throughout the process, and answered all of my questions. I also got a couple of quotes from other crawlspace companies and AFS was affordable/able to do a payment plan and only sold me on services I needed and not extra unnecessary stuff. I will use them in the future for any other crawlspace projects in the future.

Justin Carter came out and did a wonderful job estimating my job. He spent the time understanding my specific situation, thoroughly accessing the situation, and provided a sound plan for correcting my issues. AFS has what seems to be good systems for a number of structural and environmental issues I am dealing with and Justin had the knowledge to make good recommendations. The price was substantial on the quote, but I am still considering moving forward.
