Our experience with I&R Waterproofing has been excellent. Three years ago we needed extensive exterior waterproofing for the side of our house, land grading and underground drain lines installed for our downspouts. As a result of their work, our crawlspace is now dry and water is running away from the house, as it should. Kelvin has taken over the maintaining of our underground lines and annual inspections. Kelvin and his team at I&R have been very responsive to my residential project and continue to keep everything in good working order. I highly recommend I&R Waterproofing.

I hired I&R waterproofing about two weeks ago to encapsulate my crawl space. I was very pleased with their professionalism!! The proprietor Imer and the I&R team were very meticulous with their work and I was very pleased with the outcome! I have recommended their services to others in my community.

I understand things get busy but ghosted on multiple occasion for a quote for some simple underground gutter spout work. I work next door to this company and figured I’d give them a shot and some business. Don’t know if I’d even trust this company to show up and even do work now lol. Kelvin canceled at first, when I replied I didn’t hear a response. Had to call him back he came out to take literally 5 minute look. Said we will get you a quote today, never got it. Called next day and he said we will have quote by end of day. Never got. Either this company is picky about their work or they just don’t want residential work. Either way I’d reccomend you guys coordinate with customers a little better.

I'm so disappointed! I have called twice now and left a message for someone to call me about scheduling an inspection for a home repair. We had our crawl space encapsulated a few years ago with your company and we had a great experience! We need additional work done but it seems impossible to speak with anyone there to get something scheduled. I've had 4 other companies out to our house now for estimates, and I can't even get a phone call back from your company? Not sure where the disconnect is... if it's reception, or the sales side.. but hopefully yall can get this issue figured out!

I hired I&R Waterproofing to fix a leak that sprung up in my walkout basement after I had a pool installed. They started with the most obvious repair, which was installing a french drain and adding waterproofing material below grade. Unfortunately, that didn't fix the issue. So they came back and re-routed my foundation drain (at no additional charge) to see if that could be the issue. When that didn't correct the issue, Imer (the owner) and Andy (a longtime waterproofing professional) spent hours investigating where the water was coming from and how it was getting into my basement. The conclusion was to create a low-point drain... again, no additional charge. It has been six months and my basement has stayed dry! This company works hard and stands behind its work. They're ethical and honest and I recommend them to anyone in need of waterproofing for their home.

What a great experience! Luiz G was our contact and he came over and wrote up a great plan to fix the drainage issue in our front and back yard. The workers came to complete the job promptly and worked hard to make sure minimal damage was done to my turf while laying pipes for the drains. Water is completely gone from my once soggy yard and I couldn’t be happier that we chose I and R Waterproofing!

We had I&R encapsulate our crawlspace and install a French drain on one side of our house. Luis, our rep was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable, patient, communicative and responsive. I would highly recommend I&R! They did a great job and were easy to work with.
