The current owners bought monarch coatings and then dishonored all past warranties. We have cracking and leaks going on, we are still under warranty but they won’t fix the problems. So basically they haven’t really been in business all the years they claim. So ALL of these reviews are from the former owner Ryan, who was amazing. These guys are the opposite. Beware!

Ryan was very responsive, informative, knowledgeable and kind. Both his demo crew and installation crew are amazing teams that were there to get the job done. The job couldn't have gone more smoothly. I appreciate the expertise and hard work done by all. Best of all, my deck looks amazing!

Absolutely brilliant company to work with. I had a number of quotes and went with Monarch due to the fact their pricing was good and that Ryan is an open, honest person who is a pleasure to deal with. The crew turned up ontime every day and left the deck immaculately clean, I had to go away for the last day and Ryan sent me photo updates as to the progress so I was always updated as to what was happening. The system they use is excellent and has also been enhanced to provide additional waterproofing, for the first time in years I am not worried about the winter rain!

If you are having issues with your outdoor deck, I highly recommend using Monarch. My deck was completely rebuilt about 5 years ago and the original installation, by another company, was substandard. As a result my deck was leaking and cracking. Ryan was able to provide a great solution. No permit or stucco repair needed. His team was able to complete my deck project in two days. No muss, no fuss. They were on-time, responsive and the project went extremely smooth. A great value.
