They are very communicative about scheduling and they show up on time when they say they will. It can be frustrating working with contractors and sun contractors but these folks are the exception, no doubt in my mind.

They did a great job cleaning up the crawl space, trenching, installing a sump pump and liner. They showed up on time with a smile each day, covered my furnishings and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. I feel much safer from the elements now that Clean Crawlspace did their thing. It is so hard to find great contractors and tradesmen. Pricy, but worth it. Owner, David, is very invested in the customer experience.

This is the second house on which we have used Clean Crawlspace. Both times, the musty smell went away after the encapsulation work. They are prompt, tidy, and very helpful!

This company is top notch, all around, From initial contact to the bidding everybody involved was so personable yet professional! Even the guys doing the very difficult work under the house, could be heard cracking jokes and keeping the humor and positive attitude, during the week they were there. The office staff is great, and so was bid agent who came to assess our property!

We had encapsulation done at our crawl space. The company used good quality materials. The workers did a good job without disruption to the home. The musty smell inside our home is gone once the work is completed. I suggest that the workers should take the initiative to show the customer after each stage of completion, eg. after the cleaning of the floor before proceeding to the next step. However the manger is very responsive to show us the pictures upon request. I highly recommend this company to whoever has the need.
