We were buying a house with a basement and the inspection showed major moisture built behind the front wall. This would threaten to integrity of the entire home. Also, we were about to lose our deadline for the contingency. We called every local company and they were all too busy to come out. However, Benn at GCF came out the same day, even though we were on the opposite side of town from his projects that day. He and his team assessed the problem and provided us with a solution within minutes allowing us to meet our deadline. We are so thankful of Benn and the other guys for their time and all the hard work they did.

They are great!! We had old steps made of slate and brick that had become uneven over the years (see picture below). We contacted several companies that told us there was nothing they could do and we should just demolish them. Then, we spoke to Ben at Gulf Coast Foundations. He came out that very afternoon, advised he thought he could fix them and quoted us a VERY good price. Within a week, he was at the property and had totally aligned the steps (see picture below). I have been dealing with moisture in my home for years. I finally took action once my hardwood floors started to bow. I gave Benn at GCF a call and he was out at my house the next day to assess my home. This guy is very thorough. After about 30 minutes he diagnosed my issues and showed me pictures of everything going on below my home. He fixed my house up with a crawl space encapsulation and dehumidifier. I should have done this the day I moved into this home. I will never worry about my hardwood floors again, and what surprised me the most was how much more fresh my house smells. My friends even noticed and commented on it. Houses down here in the south should come with encapsulated crawl spaces from day 1. This company does great work, thank you!

GCF did a foam lift and stabilization on my garage/workshop and I'm so happy with the results! I'd originally gotten a quote from one of the big national companies and it'd felt like a timeshare sales pitch and the price was staggering. I'm really happy I called Gulf Coast Foundations. Benn came out, told me what was needed and not needed, and gave me a quote about 40% lower than the big national company. Benn (the owner) did a fantastic job, explained everything, and was easy to trust. I really recommend getting GCF to come quote your work before signing with one of the big national companies, you'll get so much more for your money!
