Logan, James, and Jacob from AFS, were extremely professional, punctual, and explained each step of the process clearly. I am a retired Project Manager by trade and really appreciated the communication and management of my expectations throughout their time on my job site. They did not leave until they were thoroughly convinced that my wife and I were 100% satisfied. I wish they had a rating of six stars because they went above and beyond what was expected.

The Johnnie Cortez Ryan crew did an amazing job on my foundation encapsulation! It looks great and really functional. The crew called before they arrived and let me know when they were leaving. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. The crew was so professional! Would give them 100 stars if the site allowed.

AFS recently did an encapsulation on my home’s crawl space and did an excellent job!! Johnnie, David and Lewis are a great team and hard working too!! All were very considerate, respectful and informative. A two day job was completed in one day - even after sunset they were cleaning up. It was as if they were never here once the job was complete! Thanks again for a job well done!!

My home is 119 years old and was finally showing its age with sagging floors. After numerous phone calls to other foundation repair companies and being turned down due to the age of my home, I stumbled on AFS on the internet. I submitted my request for a free inspection. Keenan Mathis called and set up an appointment for a free inspection. He arrived and explained everything and gave me an honest opinion with pictures of what was happening. We scheduled the install for a week later. Bobby, David and Bryce showed up right on time today. They got to work immediately, checked in with me a few times and allowed me to ask questions. I was walked through some of the procedures and learned a lot. Now, I have a fully stabilized and secure foundation for many more years for my old house. Cannot be more pleased!

I recently had two foundation piers installed by AFS, and I must say, my experience was exceptional. David, Bobby, and Bryce provided excellent service, giving me a courtesy call before their arrival, arriving punctually, and commencing work promptly. They thoroughly explained the process beforehand, which reassured me. They took great care to protect my driveway, lawn, and sprinkler system, even hand-digging to minimize any potential damage. Throughout, they kept me updated with picture updates. Remarkably, once they finished, there was no trace of their presence—everything was left clean and flawless. Overall, it was a truly outstanding experience with highly professional service.

It's stressful when you have a foundation issue - the crew was fantastic and walked us through every step. Thank you David, Bobby, and Bryce for answering all our questions and stabilizing our home. There was very little yard that had to be dug up and it was cleaned up nicely afterwards! Eric and Caleb were also great explaining the poly process. I would definitely recommend these guys if you need work done!

Logan, James and Bryce are outstanding gentlemen and even better workers. AFS wasn’t the least expensive but I can attest they provided the best end product of crawl space encapsulation. AFS has my full confidence. I went under my house with these guys and was motivated how hard they worked and how much attention they paid to the quality of their task. Again AFS probably won’t be the least expensive but you’ll get what you paid for. I am more than happy with this crew from AFS. Pic is almost the final product. The guys did a great job of cleaning up. Can’t recommend them enough.
