What a great experience from start to finish. First, the response to my customer inquiry was quick, and Raena was very helpful in connecting with the designer assigned to my project. Eva Shiroma connected with me the next day and was flexible to work with my hybrid work schedule. Eva came to my home. She was so kind and was a pleasure to meet and work with. Eva could pick up on our style, give us options, and incorporate some of our feedback into the design. Eva prepared a design for us and nailed it. The most straightforward thing stood out for us: adding backing to the wardrobe closet. The other companies said we didn't need it, but having the backing gives the custom closet a complete finish. Claudio was the installer of the custom closet, and he was professional from start to finish, from protecting our floors by laying cloth on the floor to making sure to take the time to bring the closet to life. It was such a fantastic experience. I will work with Eva and Claudio in the future. Thanks again, Closet Solutions. You were amazing.

Prompt response to inquiry of closet problem. Quick to provide 3D diagrams of potentional solution. Quick over all. Creation of closet was fast, about a week. Closet installation completed in less than 2 days. Clean up of everything. My closet looks wonderful!!!

We recently got our garage closets installed by Closet Solutions and we are extremely happy. Right from setting up an initial consultation to installation; everything went easy and smoothly. Their designer Alzbeta understood our requirements and sent us 3D design in just 1 day which helped us take the decision confidently. She was very clear in her designs. This company is very straight forward. No marketing gimmicks. We received one and final estimate and their estimate was the most reasonable. Other companies estimate even after 40% discount was higher than closet Solutions. Other companies available in the market offer to match their competitor's price and all but we decided to go with Closet Solutions because we found them very straight forward from the beginning. They were not pushy to close the deal and still always available to answer our questions. Very professional. Their installers are very nice too. Installation is perfect. I liked edges of their shelves. They provide steel like coating on edges. Very sturdy material. Overall I am very happy that I chose this company over others to do the job!

My sales person Eva was amazing, we got along so well I told her what I needed and she designed as I saw it fit my needs. The installers were also very professional and cordial. Definitely would refer this company and use them again!!!!!

Closet Solutions built my custom home office and linen closet and I am delighted with the finished product. From the start, Scott, the owner was personable and very helpful. He had Alzbeta, one of his lead designers work with me and she was wonderful. In this Covid era she was able to do almost all the layout and details through the phone and email. She did visit my home to measure and discuss any final details. When the installation day arrived, which was about a month later, the two installers were prompt, actually early and they completed the job in one day and left the room spotless. They were very careful with my hardwood floors and put padding down so as not to scratch them. The home office is exactly what I wanted, I would definitely recommend Closet Solutions, they are fair with their pricing, efficient and work to provided exactly what the customer wants.

Within minutes of submitting our inquiry to their company website, Scott McCafferty called us to introduce their company and assigned a closet designer to our project for a free estimate. Our closet designer, Ms. Vee Wesson, was extremely helpful in creating a closet design that met our needs as well as gave wonderful suggestions to increase our closet space within our budget. Once we agreed on our design the manufacturing process was completed and delivered as promised. The installers were professional and completed the installation in a couple of hours. Between the professionalism, attention to detail, and reasonable pricing, I could not be happier. Initially, Steve came by to measure the spaces and listen to my own ideas before taking some time to create a couple of concepts. He was collaborative at every turn and genuinely wanted to make sure we got what we needed. A few weeks later, Lenin installed the closets - in two hours less than had been quoted - and did an outstanding job of making it feel like they had been there all along.
