Pulsar Construction finished a complete remodeling of our house in Rancho Palos Verdes. It included tackling the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, powder room, stairs, flooring, repiping, electrical work, and painting. Despite unexpected issues due to our home age (built in 1967), the team resolved challenges like rotten framing and drain pipe cracks. Thanks to Elena, Dmitry, and the amazing Pulsar team for a smooth process and outstanding work. We are happy with the results and love every corner of our updated home. Highly recommended!

Pulsar is incredibly accommodating, reliable, and professional. Their team was able to work on my condo unit, including all necessary permits and HOA communication. If anything came up, they were very quick and prompt with updates. If you ever wanted to add something or adjust something throughout the project, Pulsar works with you to make it happen. We had reached out to Pulsar for a quote on a major gut renovation. It was a great experience working with Elena on a quote. During our home walkthrough, she was on time, professional, and helpful in immediately calling out suggestions or previous learnings from construction around the city that could bring risk to our desired timeline. They undoubtedly bring high end quality work, and their quote was very detailed/reasonable and focused on the right things. Ultimately we went with another contractor that included a dedicated full-time designer due to our unique situation of not having bandwidth to be available for decision-making for our contractors, but we were very impressed and would have gone with Pulsar otherwise. Pulsar Construction just finished our house remodeling! We purchased the home in January 2021. It took them 6 months to complete all the details including kitchen remodeling, 3 bathrooms, hardwood floor installation, stairs, and railings, interior and exterior painting. Meaning, any kind of vision you have, they will do their best to make it come true, in a most efficient ways. Most importantly, their quality of work is absolutely the best. They are a family business of husband and wife, Elena is so great at communicating. She is also very knowledgeable about interior design aspect, she will give you all the wonderful tips beyond the remodeling. Dmitry, not only he has an amazing knowledge about the actual construction, he sees things that you can easily miss and let you know in advance so that you don't need to waste your time and money. They are both warm and kind and treat you with respect, you will definitely feel like the most priority when you are working with them. Pulsar construction was hired as a general contractor in May ‘19 to do a complete master bathroom remodel for our family. Overall, the work was done very good. Elena was a pleasure to communicate with and also was great at coordinating the whole process. They did a great job at helping us with designs that fit our budget. Pulsar Construction did an amazing job on our bathroom remodel! They helped us with the design concept, find the jacuzzi tub and beautiful finishes. The tile, mosaic, and shower door look perfect. The vanity, mirror, and lights are amazing too. Elena was always immediately responsive to my requests. The team used excellent materials, great workmanship.
