I have been pleased with the work UniqHouse has performed on my primary and secondary bathrooms. Zakary has been extraordinarily helpful and communicative, giving me excellent guidance and support. The whole team was responsive, and work was begun and completed in a timely manner, within estimates. Ali did marvelous tile work with great recommendations that improved the design. I definitely recommend UniqHouse.

I went to The UniqHouse to get my daughters bathroom remodeled. As soon as I walked into The UniqHouse Zack helped me pick out tiles, cabinets, and everything else i needed . He was super helpful and did everything as fast as possible. When the workers came to remodel the bathroom they were super clean it was like they were never even there. They finished everything so fast. My daughter’s bathroom looks AMAZING. The prices were very decent and I would 100% recommend.

I purchased all the cabinets for my kitchen remodel on 12/5/23. I paid to have them assembled and delivered. Once me contractor started the install, the cabinet was too tall to install the microwave over the stove. I asked Bill Taslaci (Uniq House) if I could exchange the cabinet for a shorter one, but they refused. While Tari Oz was ordering all that was needed for the project, I told them this was my first remodel and that I did not know that the cabinet over the stove were going to be too tall and that they came in different heights . There are only 18" from the bottom of the microwave to the top of the stove, that's not enough room to cook anything. They tried to tell me that was the standard distance from the bottom of the microwave to the top of the stove. They said it was my mistake with the measurements and that I could purchase an additional cabinet, but they would not take the wrong one back because it was already assembled. All I was seeking was some understanding, good customer service and an even exchange. They were extremely rude, dismissive, condescending, and kept repeating, "It's not our fault, it's not our fault. I feel as though they would not work with me on this issue because I am a female. I wish I had read the reviews before I spent my money with this company. Update: I did provide measurements of my existing cabinets.I went through the design process with Tari. I was not shown a visual rendering of the final design.Which would have revealed the mistake. Bill admitted that this step was skipped. I was relying on the design expertise of Tari since I have never done a renovation before. There was no accountability taken by Tari or Bill for their failure as design consultants. Only finger pointing at me because I came in with the measurements for my existing cabinets. I did tell Tari during the design process that I would be putting the microwave above the stove. Only after I wrote the review were they willing to work with me to resolve the issue, but I'd already purchased the correct cabinet from another company. This whole fiasco delayed my kitchen renovation by two days, excluding the weekend, causing me extreme stress trying to get my project back on track.

Used for a kitchen cabinet remodel. At first it was a good experience in the retail store but then the actual project and installation happened and I was really dissatisfied, even after paying in cash (25k) - its been well over a year now and things just are not right. The last time they sent out someone to fix a cabinet door it was painted the wrong color and the additional fixes were made sort of hack-job like. Additionally they Mis-measured the job and so we got cabinets rubbing up against each other and weird spots/spaces that were not part of the original design. In addition, all the material to patch and hide things was a different color so its all super noticeable and especially now that its dried out and caking. The door hardware is not even or level All our drawers are crooked or off centered. The installer admitted it was his crew’s first job. What I paid for in getting something brand new and what I got was just sub par. I would not recommend them. They will tell you they will make everything perfect and and fix anything - it was not the case. You gotta chase em down and fight for every fix. The also took no precautions to protect our brand new hardwood floors. Sliding tools and ladders all over the place. Doors are coming detached and having to be re-anchored constantly. If I woulda done the work myself I would not have been so upset but I paid full retail on this job and it was just mediocre through and through.

Brian and his team were wonderful! Our 1989 bathroom started with a leak and then we went into gutting and renovating the entire bathroom. We didn't stop there and did the second bathroom. We would highly recommend THE UNIQHOUSE.

Elanor created a custom design that utilizes the space effectively and beautifully in the tiny space I have for a kitchen! She was great at listening to every detail that my mom and I had partially envisioned and helped find the real world solutions to create a well thought through plan. She was professional, timely, communicative and a driver for quality and efficiency <3

We just remodeled our kitchen. Bill was great to work with. Although we knew what we wanted, Bill was able to make several suggestions that we hadn't thought of.
