JCustom Deck and Patio

Josh and his entire team created a well built 1,000 sqft deck for our church's community center and we couldn't be any happier on how it turned out. They were on time, on budget and extremely professional throughout the process. I would highly recommend them for creating a first class Trex deck for your home, business or church.

I have enjoyed watching Josh and his crew working on beautifying my house on two separate projects over the past two years. He completed a redecking of my pool that included a completely new steel understructure, Trex deck and a new wire-cable railing system that allows me to see clearly in all directions from the pool. Most recently they undertook replacement of front and back porches with the same Trex material used on the pool project. During the job he discovered that 6 5x5 redwood posts supporting the roof at the front of the house, and 9 4x4 redwood posts supporting the roof at the rear deck all showed varying stages of rot. We decided to replace all of the posts with powder-coated steel. His crew worked very hard, but made it appear to be an ordinary thing to get the posts changed out with no damage! I am delighted with the final results and gladly recommend them to anyone looking for eye-pleasing results that meet or exceed your expectations. Not only do they produce an outstanding result, but when they leave your home project is clean, clear of debris, and ready to be seen. Pictures 1 & 2 are before the upgrade work. Pictures 3 - 6 are day and night pictures after completion.

This is an amazingly talented group. Artistic, experienced, efficient and honest. Josh communicates well and is responsive to questions and concerns. Everyone associated with the company was just amazing.

Josh replied to my inquiry nearly immediately. He was very responsive - coming to site, visiting with me, and providing quote quickly. Loved his crew - they were very professional and stayed on the job until completed. I am very pleased with my new pool-side deck. I would gladly use them again.

Josh built a screened porch for us back in October of 2020. I'm sorry that I didn't write this review earlier, but I'm hoping it's never too late to pay a compliment. JCustomLands built our carport/raised deck, and we could not be happier with the finished structure. Josh was great to work with on design and construction. He was able to collaborate with the engineer to get the safety and aesthetic that we were looking for, then build it exactly to our expectations. Highly recommend him for any complexity of deck or outdoor project.

Josh and his crew did a fantastic job cutting down an old tree in our backyard and building a covered patio with a dry creek for a scenic drainage solution. We couldn't be more happy with the project. The guys were on time, did great work, and left a clean job site; all for a great price! I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
