Blair and his crew did a great job on our deck. They started when they said they would and finished when they said and cleaned up thoroughly. Blair communicated very well throughout the job. I would definitely hire them again!

We would like to thank Blair and his great crew for doing such a fantastic job rebuilding our porch. Not only does it look amazing, the structure was built so well it could withstand a tornado! Blair was at the job-site communicating with the crew every step of the project and took care to make sure everything was done perfectly. He is such a nice guy and he and his wife Jamie are both excellent with communication. We liked that he wanted us to make the design and color decisions but he offered really good ideas and we are happy we went with his suggestions. We are so glad we had Sun Brothers Construction do the project and would definitely hire them again.

Blair and his men did an excellent job on our deck! They showed up on time, worked together so well and when they were done they cleaned up their work area so nicely that we could hardly tell they were even there! Hoping to have them back for more of my projects in the near future🙂

The Sun Brothers replaced my old wooden deck with a new composite deck. I contacted 8 different companies in the Safety Harbor area and they were easily the most responsive and reasonable bid of the 8 companies. They handled the permits and keep me informed on where my deck was in the approval process. If I had any questions, they would reply to my emails or text within that day, if not within the first hour. I live out of state so an honest, reliable company is one of the most important attributes for the company that I choose for my project. Should I need additional work on my house, Sun Brothers will get my business!

Blair and his wife have a family run business that is very responsive and they go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. This is a true rarity in our present times.

Living in Florida, it’s hard to find professionals in any of the trades-no one returns calls, service gets delayed or they simply don’t show up—but NOT Sun Brothers! Jamie called back promptly, and Blair was out in just a few days and SHOWED UP ON TIME! Since it was a “small job”-the replacement of our front porch stairs, they put us on their “fill in” list and within just a few days not only did they fix them-the stairs are the most solid stairs I’ve ever seen! I’m pretty sure they will survive the apocalypse! In all seriousness-Blair and Jamie were amazing to work with, Blair was able to salvage a lot of the trex decking so that the stairs would still match the porch deck and I’m so impressed with how detail oriented he was. He showed me pictures the entire way and explained everything he did and why he did it that way. The cost was reasonable too. Sun Brothers will be on my go-to list for all my construction needs. I’m attaching pictures of the finished steps-any scuffs or imperfections were because we “reused” our materials so the steps matched the remainder of the porch.

We have a typical Florida 1950's home. It had the ubiquitous brick flower bed across the front that had aged, cracked and become unattractive. We tore it out and wanted to have a deck put in to mimic a front porch. Blair Goodrow of Sun Brothers Construction was one of three companies to quote. Their quote was smack in the middle of others in terms of pricing. Blair recommended we choose a material called WearDeck instead of Trex or some other composite. The results were amazing. Blair and his team of two professionals were kind, courteous, and hard working. They finished the project in 3 days and exactly on budget. We are extremely satisfied with their work and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Sun Brothers Construction, and I highly recommend asking Blair about WearDeck - this product is superior to any other decking material I've seen. Can't say enough about each of these guys at Sun Brothers Construction. I would hire them confidently for any construction project. We are extremely pleased.

Sun Brothers’ Construction did my house rehab in St Pete. This was no small job, adding a master bedroom with on suite bath, a wash closet, a half bath to the house, as well as replacing all exiting floors and doors, and completely renovating the kitchen. This was done as COVID-19 broke out, officially starting the project on June 1, 2020. To make this more of a challenge, I was remote from June through November. Recommended to me by my realtor Susie Nelson-Crowley, through one of her other clients, I was introduced to Tom Wentz. Tom and Sun Brothers were nothing short of spectacular in the quality of their work, their communication, attention to detail and going above and beyond. In a tough time to get permits and inspections due to the pandemic, potential material shortages, and working with a remote owner. Sun Brothers delivered a beautifully remodeled home. A genuine pleasure to work with, always respectful and professional Tom was excellent.
