Black Bear did an amazing upgrade to our kitchen with fabulous cabinet lighting. Extremely professional, always prompt, great to work with. Even came back and fixed a minor issue that probably had nothing to do with the project, for free.

Tom/Black Bear Electric was able to get us scheduled very quickly for service after we had a GFI socket in our kitchen burn out (smoking). Not only did Tom schedule us quickly, but he kept us informed via text as to his arrival time. He also took the time to assess the needed repairs and found another GFI that had not been grounded properly. Tom was patient while answering our "electrical" questions, as we are not the original owners of our home. We were very happy with his expertise, fast, quality service, and we will most definitely use him again when we have electrical needs. BTW, we were referred by Jerry "The Screen Guy"! Thanks Jerry!

Black Bear has been one of my ultimate favorite companies to put our customers in front of them. They always have great feedback about them once job is complete. They consistently provide great customer service, have integrity, show up on time, great communication and have fair pricing. We finally got to use them for our own house installing fans, cameras and alarms. As I would expect, the work was perfect and installed very quick and efficiently by the Black Bear team.
