Ric is always so helpful and knowledgeable! He has done work for us on several occasions and his work is done with excellence! He provides "old times" service like tradesmen used to do back in the day. He responds quickly, follows through with the job, answers questions, goes out of his way to help the customer and is fairly priced.

High West is always on point. Called them this morning about a dryer outlet issue and they showed up about 1 pm, fixed the issue on the spot. I had them upgrade my electric panel last summer and everything went smoothly + their price was competitive.

Ric and Daniel did a superb job troubleshooting and mitigating an urgent electrical issue in my home. They were able to fit me in the same day and we're extremely patient answering all of my questions. There was no pressure to fix additional, less urgent issues, no upselling. Very pleased with their work, I will be using them for any future electrical needs!

Honest company; hardworking crew. Very organized for appointments with notifications of when and who will arrive for the work. I used them for an EV charging install and electrical upgrade in a 1915 garage. All went well. I recommend!

I have been working with Ric and his team over the last year on what seemed to me to be a large, daunting project at my business. High West always showed up when they said they would, provided thorough estimates (and later met them), were friendly, efficient, and excellent communicators. I've also used them for a few small projects at my home and business, and would happily do so again.
