I got in touch w/ Juan who came by my home to provide a quote. He provided a quote in a timely manner but ghosted afterwards. I called and texted many times, but no response. Don't waste your time if you want professionalism and efficiency.

I don’t understand all I see are good reviews. But I called about a 220 outlet and he said no problem he was going to come the next day and look at the job and give an estimate. So I waited all day sent a couple text, but no answer,never called text or came by..

M I Electric came out and installed a difficult hot tub disconnect for me. I was nervous because the run needed to go from the garage up into the attic, across the house then penetrate to the outside on the patio; so a very long run with potential for unanticipated complications. Fortunately Juan was upfront about timelines and parts availability. They were on time and clearly communicated schedules and expectations. Juan and his crew were very professional, fast and CLEAN! The installation is perfect and I am now enjoying the hot tub thanks to them. I have some additional electrical work that needs to be done in this old house and they will be the first team I turn to when the time comes. I highly recommend M I Electric for any residential electrical work you may need!

I highly recommend Juan & his team for all your electrical needs. Juan showed up and provided an estimate. Juan’s always called me back when I had any questions. Juan’s guys showed up to do the work and they started and completed the job in only two full days. I was impressed by how quickly and professionally they completed the job and the overall quality. I am one happy customer!

Juan and his team are fantastic! We had our main panel replaced, a hot tub wired and a bunch of outdoor outlets and other misc. stuff done. There was a small mishap when the main panel broke through the wall into the other room. Juan called back 5 minutes after reporting and had it taken care of quickly. Super responsive to contact, which is rare in the contracting world. Plan on using them for all our electrical working going forward. They did amazing work on everything else and they were fast.

Excellent service. Juan and his team are top notch and have been super responsive to our needs. We have done a massive overhaul of our entire backyard and our electrical system and Juan has been great. I appreciate their quality of work and ease of contact. They have worked both at my home and my business and my office manager was impressed by their willingness to clean up after themselves and the good communication. They have replaced my entire electrical panel of our home and added one to our pool house, they have installed lights, fans, run high speed internet lines and ran a new electrical cord from the power line in the alley to our home. I highly recommend MI electric and Juan and his guys.

It's very rare now-a-days that you find someone with good customer service and great work-ethic. Juan has both. Juan arrived on time and ready to work. We had him replace our outdated electrical panel and some of our office plugs. Juan did extremely clean work on our panel and I am very happy with his service overall.
