I am a member w/PCH Services on the plumbing side but had an HVAC issue because our dryer wasn’t completely drying. Years ago the dryer vent was clogged up so I suspected it was clogged with lint & who knows what again. Luis & Junior did a terrific job! After blowing out what the could from the inside from the dryer vent, something was still blocking the vent. They went outside & discovered it was bird nesting, feathers & eggs built up over time that had caused all the blockage and possibly triggered the safety switch on the heating element if dryer. Now that it’s clear, this major problem is solved & hopefully my dryer will be working properly. Otherwise, I’m extremely happy with their service & will continue to use them it the future! Thanks again to Luis & Junior!

This will be my second review for Pacific Coast Home Services. This time we have two plumbing concerns. I appreciate the staff who answer the phone in a timely manner and that they could schedule someone to come a soon as possible. Juan came within the hours he was slated to arrive. He was clear, concise and easygoing when exposing the need to replace the garbage disposal; my mom, who is 85, was comfortable enough to also address her concerns regarding the issues with our toilet. Juan answered our questions and clearly explained the next steps. I know my mom and I will have peace of mind that tomorrow our home repairs are in good hands. Juan and Robert came the next day to install our new garbage disposal and our new toilet. I appreciate that Juan, after efficiently, installing our new garbage disposal, kindly explained the situation with some of the wiring underneath the sink that may cause future concerns. As a homeowner, important to keep track off for future projects. In terms of replacing our old, toilet, I appreciated that Juan let us know that it would take a bit longer and a little more work needed to be done in order to install the new toilet. I appreciate the simple explanations and visuals that leaded to the options we needed to choose from in order to complete the work. Robert was very friendly and meticulous in his work. He did an awesome job just cleaning, prepping, repairing/replacing old parts in order for this new toilet to thrive in our old house. He answered our brief questions and left his card. All in all, my mom is, again, very happy with the work that is done in just 2 days. Thank you!

We have used Pacific Coast Home Services several times and they never disappoint. Office staff is courteous and techs professional and personable. We were lucky enough to have Luis help us this visit. He fixed our issue quickly and kept us informed with everything thing he did. Five stars!!!

We used Pacific Coast Services in May for our commercial building in Fremont, and we received everything we wanted - diagnosis and repair of our thermostat wiring issues, plus diagnosis of our HVAC issues. Luis Martinez & Jorge Antuna were the technicians on site, and they were professional, respectful, knowledgeable about the issues at hand, and efficient in their work. They went above and beyond to ensure understanding of the problems as well as the quality of the work. Our organization will use them again in the future for our HVAC and AC/heating needs.

Super high cost and didn’t fully fix things. They came to my place two years ago to do a panel replacement. Since they replaced the panel, a lot of the breakers kept tripping and so I was suggested to re-wire the circuits that were tripping and was guaranteed that the trippings won’t happen again. Cost me thousands of dollars and three entire months to finish this project. Two years later, the circuits start tripping again and when I ask them out to check things out, they said it would cost me 1250 dollars just to do a diagnosis. When I told them that they promised me that this wouldn’t happen again they just responded with “well we heard you but it is what it is” They installed my HVAC system as well two years ago. The brand new HVAC system breaks two years later due to some installation issue. Even the technician repaired it said the quality of work is pretty meh. The HVAC system cost me 13k. Thank god it is still under warranty otherwise god knows how much money these guys would charge me to fix what they shouldn’t break. These guys would bring you seemingly good service before you pay, after they got the money, good luck to you.

I called Pacific Coast Homes Services at 11 PM at night after attempting to install the Nest Learning Thermostat myself. The blue C wire had no power. Luis Martinez came out in this heat wave. He was personable, kind, professional and explained everything clearly and effectively. He was also polite, he wore his mask and booties for protection and respect. Luis took pictures of my attic and system to explain possible future work, in which we are interested in. I left my ladder out and he folded in up, shrunk it down, and carried it downstairs. I believe he went above and beyond the simple home check. We would like to have him come back in the future. He is knowledgeable and well versed in his field. My Nest is up and cooling! My experience with Pacific Coast Electric Heating was fantastic. Prices were reasonable and the communication was on point. My service provider Juan Galvan was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He respected and wore shoe covers and treated my home well. I felt very supported and he answered the questions I had about my issue and resolved it quickly. I highly recommend their services and if Juan represents their work then I give it A++++!
