We had Reliance put a fence in around our front yard in 2018 they were on time did an awesome job fence looked great. After they left the only reason you knew they were there was the fence cleaned up. We just had them come do the back yard with chainlink and privacy slats fence looks great left everything clean and did a professional job than you to Reliance for an awesome job Ron

I was extremely happy with the job they did. They showed up at about 2pm on Monday, pulled down the ancient fence built by the Spanish explorers as they marched through the valley 300 years ago. 🤦‍♂️😂 They also put in all the metal posts and put up a temporary chain link fence. I understood that the new metal posts needed to set in concrete for a full day so that was Tuesday. 👍 Wednesday they were here at 9am and by 3pm everything was completed along with the gates. 😊👍

Good place. They had exactly what I needed to complete my fence project.

Scheduled appt and was told did not have to be available. They showed up but bcuz I wasn’t available left. When I spoke to the gentleman who came out he said he left bcuz I didn’t answer the call. The lady who booked the appt was out of the office so he had no information. Very rude on the call. Scheduled to come out a week later. Never showed up. Never called again.

Not to punctual and very rude! Just used these people, signed the contract and told me that they would be here Thursday 8:30-9:00 to put the post in, and Friday the same time to put the gate up. (wanted a gate to cross my driveway) Waited for them Thursday 8:30 - 9:00 and never showed. Needed to go to work, came back close to noon and post was there. I would of liked to be there. Friday 8:30-9:00, did not show up, went to work and came back a couple hours later, no gate. Called reliance and got a hold of Michelle, told her the gate people are not here yet. She told me that they were at a job and would get there later this afternoon. I told her the appointment was for this morning and she got a lot more ruder to me and said they will be there this afternoon. (apparently this company has no respect for other peoples time). I just hung up. She called me back 10 min. later saying they are on their way. They finally sowed up, installed the gate. And did a good job. I had to leave to do some business. They were done when I was gone. They called me and said they need the check. Told them they can put the invoice under the mat and I will call them with a credit card or send a check. They said they need the check like pronto or they were given orders the tear the fence out. Wow! I went back home and yelled at them they should not talk to client that way. They said that's what they were told to do. Went back in the house to call Reliance up and got a voice mail. I went out and reluctantly gave them a check. They had a Reliance sign on the gate, I ordered them to take it off. They left. Bottom Line: They have no respect for peoples time and are very rude. Reliance did not even call or e-mail me to see how the job went. Thank You.

From the first time I called till the job was done it was fantastic. Kenny came and gave me an estimate and within two weeks the job was done. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I definitely highly recommend them for all if your fencing needs .

I have had 2 amazing experiences with this company...they are always professional and go the extra mile! I would recommend them to family and friends, no doubt!

Service was excellent and price was great. Supervisor made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fencing job to be done.
