A & J Fencing

As a repeat customer, Installation was once again very professional; expectations set and met; and communication was excellent. So glad we decided to put the “finishing touches” on our new fences by staining them. They’re beautiful!; exactly as expected. (See attached photos)

Called for an estimate. Scott came out then emailed me a proposal which I okay via email. Waiting for an installation date. Reply to email again. No answer. Call the office recording says to email for faster service really? Then I called Scott a couple of times. Crickets seems to be a pattern not getting back to people as they dug into more reviews. Seems to be a pattern not to fix things or repair warranty work. Also found out a much inflated price. My contractor recommended them but after this not anymore

Thank you Robert and crew for the amazing fencing installed over the last two days. Robert's team does great work and takes pride with their craft. We love our new fencing. We had our entire yard completely redone and neighbors plan to rehire the crew for additional fencing. Thanks A & J Fencing

Update to my review Scott Knobloch the Sales Manager called me and had his team fix the posts and gaps we are 100% satisfied and would recommend A&J Fencing I hired A & J Fencing to install a picture frame fence on my property on October 19, 2023. I was very disappointed with the quality of their work, I talked with Vanessa on 10-27-2023 about getting the problems fixed, and she said she would have Scott Knobloch, the Sales Manager, call me back, but Scott never called back. I also sent an email to Justin Lena, the owner of A & J Fencing, but he never contacted me back to have the problems fixed. Some of the posts have France boards covering them and some don't. This makes the fence look unfinished and unprofessional.There are gaps between the boards on the gate that you can stick your fingers through. This is a safety hazard and it also makes the fence look cheap. I would have liked A & J Fencing to install the fence correctly, with no gaps between the boards and all of the posts covered with France boards. I also would have liked them to take more pride in their work and attention to detail. Overall, I am very disappointed with the lack of communication between the Owner and the Sales Manager and the quality of work that A & J Fencing did on my fence. I would not recommend them to anyone.

We had our entire fence and gate replaced in June this year by A&J. We were really happy with the initial results and the work was done in a timely manner. However, about a month, the gate door settled and was difficult to open as it was rubbing against the poured concrete. We contacted A&J to get it fixed and they sent someone out. As seen in the photos, the fence is not aligned at the gate and the hinge seemed to be bent. As pictured, the wood is also splitting a lot already. The repair person came and only cut the bottom of the gate so it didn’t rub anymore rather than fixing the actual problem. There was no follow-up to see how the repair went which was disappointing considering how much you’re going to pay to have fencing installed by them.

We had 415 feet of fencing replaced, after much of it was damaged by weather. Justin and his team handled it promptly and professionally. Fencing was rebuilt in 2 days, no disruption to our lives. They use top quality products and hardware. The gates are well built, and they were very flexible about installing my "dog windows"!

After receiving quotes from various popular fence companies that use third party installers, I decided to reach out to A & J Fencing which was advertised as a full service fence installer (milling, demo, install). I called and they picked up immediately, sent over an agent to estimate the job on site (happened to be a few hundred dollars cheaper than the big companies), and within a few weeks the fence was installed. Very clear estimates, seamless scheduling, fast demo/install, and of course, great craftsmanship. I could not be more content with this company and the way they handle business, you will not be dissapointed.

A&J Fencing was fantastic and easy to work with when it came to replacing our old fence that was falling apart. After vast research we decided to go with A&J Fencing after reading the reviews and seeing fences they did in my neighborhood. Pricing was very reasonable and they had my fence installed very quickly. They also were able to do some late requested fence repair to an old fence. We had another company here at the same time to put in some concrete paths and A&J Fencing worked seamlessly with them. The workers and staff were all very professional, easy to work with, and responsive. I would highly recommend A&J Fencing to anyone looking to build a fence or have one replaced.
