We shopped the market and decided GreenTech was the best value and most enthusiastic about working for us. They were on time, responsive and priced right. I was especially happy when we found some retaining wall issues that were hidden prior to removing the fence and they were able to repair and replace various parts that will ensure 20+ years of use. We could not be more satisfied.

We contacted several fence companies to get a bid on rebuilding our backyard fence. While we had several over-the-phone quotes, only 2 companies came to our home to assess the fence and give an accurate bid. Green Tech builders gave a very competitive bid. Kent has done a few jobs at house to date. He is friendly, responsive and neat. He did my upstairs deck recently. He was fast and clean, the project provided him with a few tough spots and he did well with them. His quote was good and he stayed within the confines of that quote without cutting corners. He was mindful of my budget and didn't push it. I am happy with his work and as time goes on, will call him again!

Kent and his incredibly talented crew replaced a derelict porch at the rear of our 111-year-old historic house with a beautifully designed and engineered 20' x 26' redwood deck. We were delighted with the quality of materials used in all phases of the project. The craftsmanship of the crew was first rate and equal to that of the original artisans who built this grand old house. The finished product complements the architecture and adds greatly to the functionality and beauty of our back yard where we spend much of our time. Working with Greentech was a very good experience and in fact, we would be encouraged to build again. They produced everything promised and did it on time and within budget.
