Everyone at Prescott Fence was incredibly kind! The men that installed my fence were wonderful. They were extremely knowledgeable and hardworking. This is my third fence with this company and I would absolutely use them again!

From start to finish, Prescott Fence was excellent! There were a few challenges with having the right fence style for our Prescott Historic home. David was able to find the correct fencing to meet our historic home needs. He also provided us with detailed plans for permits by the city and historical approvals required. The installation team was also exceptional! They did a 100% professional installation, explained what/how they do it and cleaned up all the areas they worked. They even left us a can of "touch-up" paint! We would use Prescott Fence for any of our future fencing needs - very friendly, helpful, fair pricing and totally professional!

. No one has been as responsive. My husband James and I have called on Dave at Prescott Fence for a gate, a security railing and other things. Always, we got prompt courteous service and when anything didn't work ,Dave was here the very day which means a lot as my husband has had serious heart and back surgeries. A long-standing old menagerie of wire, chicken wire, hog wire and barb wire fence line needed to be replaced. Prescott fence company came out to replace the area with three rail white vinyl fencing. A temporary fence was put up to keep animals on both sides of the property, safe, and the old fencing was taken down and removed. The job was estimated to take three days, and it took three days… Even with inclement weather. Two repairs were also made to existing fence line and gate mechanism. The staff was a delight to work with; communication was excellent… if there was a question on either side, the answer was clearly provided. I’ve already received a number of compliments. A job well done and a company I would highly recommend.

June16th I had my entrance gate damaged by a delivery truck. Prescott Fence Company was contacted by the trucking company which came out to give an estimate. After the person who came out was fired who never gave us the estimate, we finally got an estimate on July 31. We were to provide the pipe so another estimate was done and the 1/2 deposit was made. I had a big family event which I had told PFC about and had given a few different time periods when the rental house was not occupied to schedule the work. After finally getting everything done, I was told on August 29th that they could begin scheduling . September 11, I was still trying to find out when this job was to be done. I was told that it was not on the schedule yet and that the timeframe was 1 to 1 1/2 months out . As you can imagine, I was frustrated. I gave them 3 different time periods before my large family reunion starting October 6th. They they texted me a note saying regrettably, they had decided to withdraw their bid since they could not meet our expectations for installation and refunded the deposit made by the freight company. David Gould and Prescott Fence Company was a real disappointment. I scrambled and found others to fix it so that in only a couple of weeks I got the job done at a less price and in time to have a gate that opened before our big party.

We have used this company several times at all of our properties under our various business's over the last 10yrs or so. We had always had the owner Dave out, and about 3 or 4 yrs ago Rob started managing our projects. What a great improvement in service, and communication. We have been thrilled with his attention to our needs, the often difficult installs, and to always being available for us. The crews always worked hard for him, and we never had any issues that a phone call didn't solve. We recently completed a large project that Rob designed, and sold us. We found out from the crew that he was replaced by the owner a few weeks ago, and we never even got a call from this company about our project manager changing. We called the office many times trying to get updates, and information on when our project would be done. We never got a single return call. None of this was an issue when Rob was there. We've left the country knowing he had our project well handled, and now we spend high 5 figures and don't even warrant a call? Horrible Service. A crew showed up one day to start our project, and nobody had even called us to let us know they were coming. No project manager showed up. Another crew showed up to help our crew understand the job, but without our original manager Rob even that wasn't complete. We did get good quality. No fault to the crew, but no manager ever showed up daily like Rob did. Which is very important to us because we are often not able to see a project daily. When we asked if we could have a group call with Rob to explain the job to the crews and the boss that showed up once, we were told absolutely not. It seemed like a very hostile and unprofessional response. After all is said and done we felt compelled to share our experience with any future potential customers. Without Rob this company will never see us as clients or any of our fellow businesses we can warn. No responses. No information. No timing. No respect. As business owners, in our later years on this world, we feel this is now an atrocious manner in which to treat loyal employees, and long time loyal customers. Thank you to the crew though for a good fence.

I had an amazing experience getting my property fenced in with this company. We had a pipe fence installed with no climb wire. Additionally we also had 5 custom flood gates installed, 1 12 foot manual gate, and a double swing solar powered gate as well. The fence is super sturdy, and all the posts are lined up perfectly. The fence was so well done, that my neighbor decided to use them as well to get his property fenced in as well. Super amazing communication, and a fantastic finished product.

We called Prescott Fence Co. to do over 160' of wrought iron including removal of the old chain link fence and they did an amazing job! Everyone who was involved in the project worked hard and were attentive to detail. I highly recommend this company for any fencing project. Thank you Prescott Fence Co!
