Ergeon

I am a construction PM and deal with project scheduling and logistics daily. I can say that Ergeon was one of the most professional vendors that I've had the pleasure to work with. Cesar, the project manager, was in constant contact with me and was even able to schedule the install ahead of the estimated start date. Miguel and crew arrived on time and worked neatly and efficiently with excellent results. Communication was spot on and the fence installation went flawlessly. I will recommend Ergeon to anyone who asks me for a suggestion on a bay area fence company. Thanks!

We are still in deliberation about fixing/replacing the gate at our community garden, but these guys have been my favorite so far! I've been getting several quotes from difference local fence companies and some never even returned my calls! I was worried that our job was too small, but nope - these guys are the most attentive, responsive, professional and polite. Tomas Salazar has been amazingly helpful and their prices were even lower than the competitors. I will update this review after the job is done, but I just had to compliment them on their wonderful customer service.

Very professional. A smooth transaction from start to finish. The bid was very reasonable, but their professionalism was why we decided to choose Ergeon. Great follow up on all of our questions. The crew that installed our fence were fast and we are very pleased with the outcome. We’ll most definitely use Ergeon again in the future.

We had Ergeon do two fences for us, and were satisfied with the results. Work was done quickly and efficiently, and all debris was removed. Christian was our contact and he did an excellent job keeping us appraised each step of the way, and was very responsive to our questions and concerns. Nestor Baca was the contact for our first project and he also did a great job.

I contacted Ethernet for a fence quote on our rental property. I have been dealing with Kelly and she has been fantastic. I made multiple requests of her and she was always spot on with taking care of what I needed done. Although the fence has not been installed yet, the customer service at this point has been fantastic. I am looking forward to working with the installation crew and project manager to get this going and completed. I highly recommend them at this point if for nothing else to at least get a quote from them. I also found the pricing to be really good.

When they do a fence. Make sure you are around to make sure you inspect the fence. Because they don’t respond back in timely manor. “We are super busy” to call you back. So on mine, I called several times abs finally asked to speak to the Project manager’s manager. And let Ergeon know that I didn’t want to no longer talk to Edgar the project manager, since he didn’t have the time to talk with me and I was beyond furious on his customer service. I was told by someone on the phone that they would have his manager call me. Next day, Edgar calls and tells me they will be out the next day. Which again, I was out of town and had no way to schedule on such a last minute. Still no manager of him EVER called me back. His person showed up. And did the part. As I went out when I returned from my trip to inspect. I did notice some other things. As you can see in the photos their team apparently rushes and does not QC their work. Needless to say I won’t need them ever again, because I will fix what is needed when it starts coming apart again. As you can see overlapping privacy doesn’t mean they make it where you can’t see between the fence still. Still waiting on Edgar’s boss to call me back, but won’t hold my breath.
