Mr. David, We have requested numerous times for you to allow us to repair the floor. We explained that we were unable to come in the winter due to the basement not being climate controlled. We have purchased all new materials to repair the issues. We have not received any payment of any kind for any of our services or materials including the repairs that we had to make to the floor from the previous installer. Scott was great! Did an excellent job and was very professional the entire time. No mess left and was careful with my walls. Just a great job and the first thing visitors commented on was my beautiful floor! I have big dogs and he gave me flooring that can stand up to the wear and tear. So glad I called DEC and had this done!
