Bela's Hardwood Flooring

Our family only uses Bela’s for our floors. Multiple houses. Henry and his team do a great job! We highly recommend them.

The more and more I look at my floors every morning the more and more upset I get with my experience with Bella. If I could post pictures I would but I have swirls in my floor that are very noticeable, I have indentations in my floor and on my stairs from the careless workers using the sanding and buffing machines. I also have the pleasure of looking at hair and grass and dirt caked into my floor since they weren’t cleaned or even sweeped before the finishing and buffing process. No attention to detail which is noticeable where all the baseboard heaters are. I will say the owner “tried” to make the situation right from his vacation in Poland by taking some money off the quoted price and trying the refinishing process again but the fact remains my floors are ruined after going with this company and for these facts I can’t recommend them. Extra star is for the owner trying his best to help from Poland but a good owner only goes so far with the quality of the employees.
