But I don't like when someone tells you that they're going to do everything that they say and everything's included and it was a lot higher than we expected. But we were willing to go with them. And like anything else things always fall through, so we had to cancel

I've had a zipper replacement and some custom items made here. They do absolutely wonderful work and in a timely manner. So much more than a quilt shop!

Tina did an excellent job guiding us through the various samples and was very pleasant. Nicole always did exactly what she said she would do and returned calls when she said she would. The carpet order showed up when you said it would. You gave a 4 hour window on when my home would be field measured. He showed up in the first hour of the window. When was the last time that happened in a given window. A small thing but who likes to sit around till the last hour. Great job. Installation was quick and smooth. You guys are top notch. Your prices were competitive and fair. Glad I did business with and highly recommend your company to others. Thanks again.
